Registrovao/la sam se u SpinMama kazinu 11. maja 2025. Nakon aktiviranja bonusa dobrodošlice, odigrao/la sam nekoliko rundi (uključujući slotove) i osvojio/la 50 evra. Kasnije sam uplatio/la depozit od 20,02 evra putem svog LTC novčanika. Bonus na depozit je automatski primenjen na moj račun, ali nisam iskoristio/la bonus sredstva. Nastavio/la sam da se kladim i povećao/la sam svoj saldo.
7. juna sam uspešno prošao potpunu KYC verifikaciju (skeniranje lične karte i lica). U narednim danima sam zatražio dva povlačenja, koja sam kasnije sam otkazao.
9. juna sam izvršio drugi depozit od 20,10 evra putem ETH novčanika. Sledećeg dana sam zatražio novo povlačenje 485 evra na verifikovanu ETH adresu.
11. juna, zahtev za povlačenje je odbijen i od mene je zatraženo da podnesem:

Otpremio sam ih preko panela naloga i dodatno poslao objašnjavajući imejl sa 11 priloga koji opisuju putanju depozita LTC-a (uključujući izvode sa Moonpay-a i iCard-a).
Tokom narednih dana, obezbedio sam sve što je kazino tražio:

✅ Izvor sredstava (iCard izvod iz banke za poslednjih 6 meseci koji prikazuje kupovine kriptovaluta putem Moonpay-a)

Uprkos tome što sam završio sve tražene korake, dokaz o vlasništvu telefona je odbijen bez objašnjenja. Kontaktirao sam podršku i rekli su da će proveriti — ali nije usledilo nikakvo ažuriranje.
Trenutno su svi koraci verifikacije završeni osim potvrde broja telefona, koja sadrži sve standardne podatke i odbijena je bez valjanog razloga. Nije poslata e-pošta sa objašnjenjem. Prošlo je više od dva dana bez novosti.

A deposit bonus was automatically applied to my account, but I didn’t use the bonus funds. I continued placing bets and increased my balance.
On June 7, I successfully passed full KYC verification (ID and facial scan). In the following days, I requested two withdrawals, which I later canceled myself.
On June 9, I made a second deposit of €20.10 via ETH wallet. The next day, I requested a new withdrawal of €485 to the verified ETH address.
On June 11, the withdrawal was declined, and I was asked to submit:
A new selfie with the current date
Proof of deposit
I uploaded these via the account panel and additionally sent an explanatory email with 11 attachments describing the LTC deposit path (including Moonpay and iCard statements).
Over the following days, I provided everything the casino asked for:
✅ A new dated selfie
✅ Source of funds (iCard 6-month bank statement showing Moonpay crypto purchases)
✅ Phone ownership proof (official profile screenshot from Yesss.at showing my name, address, phone number, and email)
✅ Responses to all security questions
Despite completing all requested steps, the phone ownership proof was rejected without explanation. I contacted support, and they said they would check — but no update followed.
As of now, all verification steps are completed except the phone number confirmation, which contains all standard data and was rejected without a valid reason. No email was sent to explain it. It has been more than two days with no update.
