An absolute catastrophe!

I requested a withdrawal of €500 from Spinrollz Casino on March 26, 2026. According to the information provided, the withdrawal should be processed within approximately 3 days.

Instead, the payment has remained "under review" ever since, without any comprehensible reason.

I have fulfilled all verification requirements and have not used any bonus. Therefore, there is no legitimate reason for this delay.

The support team only responds with standardized answers and provides no concrete information. This seems like a deliberate delay in payouts.

Deposits are processed instantly, but withdrawals are apparently delayed – a very problematic behavior.

Stattdessen befindet sich die Auszahlung seitdem ohne nachvollziehbaren Grund weiterhin „in Überprüfung".

Ich habe alle Verifizierungsanforderungen erfüllt und keinen Bonus genutzt. Es gibt daher keinen legitimen Grund für diese Verzögerung.

Der Support reagiert nur mit standardisierten Antworten und liefert keine konkreten Informationen. Das wirkt wie eine bewusste Verzögerung von Auszahlungen.

Einzahlungen funktionieren sofort, aber Auszahlungen werden offenbar hinausgezögert – ein sehr problematisches Verhalten.

The problem persists. Additionally, the withdrawal has been reversed twice. According to Spinrollz, the first withdrawal was canceled by Skrill, which my research indicates is untrue. The second reversal offered no explanation, only a suggestion to try a different provider. I'm now trying my bank, so this is my third attempt. What should I do next? I'm starting to lose patience.

Dass Problem besteht weiterhin. Zusätzlich wurde die Auszahlung 2 mal zurück gezogen. Die erste Auszahlung wurde laut spinrollz von skrill storniert was nach meinen Recherchen nicht der Wahrheit entspricht. Bei der zweiten Stornierung gab es keine Angaben von Gründen nur dass ich es mal mit einem anderen Anbieter probieren soll. Ich versuche es jetzt mit meiner Bank also dass ist nun mein Dritter Versuch. Was soll ich weiter machen? So langsam verliere ich die Geduld.
