Podnosim žalbu protiv Stake.com u vezi sa izgubljenim depozitom od 1900 USDT.
Šta se desilo:
Dana 23. juna 2026. godine, pokušao sam da uplatim 1900 USDT na Stake.com putem BSC mreže. Adresa za depozit Stake-a se nije učitavala na njihovoj platformi zbog tehničkog problema na njihovoj strani. Jedina dostupna opcija bila je njihova integrisana funkcija „Koristi svoj novčanik". Koristio sam ovu funkciju, povezao svoj Trust novčanik i odobrio transakciju. Sredstva su uspešno napustila moj novčanik, ali nikada nisu dospela na moj Stake nalog.
Stejkov odgovor:
Podrška Stejka je pismeno potvrdila da je njihova platforma imala problema sa kripto transakcijama i generisanjem adresa te noći. Uprkos tome, odbijaju da mi nadoknade troškove i tvrde da „nemaju uvid" u to gde su sredstva otišla.

I am filing a complaint against Stake.com regarding a lost deposit of 1900 USDT.
What happened:
On June 23, 2026, I attempted to deposit 1900 USDT on Stake.com via BSC network. Stake's deposit address was not loading on their platform due to a technical issue on their end. The only option available was their integrated "Use Your Wallet" feature. I used this feature, connected my Trust Wallet, and approved the transaction. The funds left my wallet successfully but were never credited to my Stake account.
Stake's response:
Stake support acknowledged in writing that their platform was experiencing issues with crypto transactions and address generation that night. Despite this, they are refusing to reimburse me and claim they "have no insight" into where the funds went.
