Želeo bih da razjasnim da je Stake u proteklih 14 dana više puta izjavio da je moje povlačenje „u preispitivanju", ali nisu dostavili nikakvo konkretno ažuriranje, potvrdu o poravnanju, podatke o bankovnom računu ili bilo kakav validan dokaz o obradi plaćanja.
Ovo više nije normalno kašnjenje. U standardnim bankarskim i UPI rokovima za poravnanje, usklađivanje ne traje razumno duže od dve nedelje bez barem pružanja detalja o praćenju transakcije.
Moja banka je zvanično potvrdila da UTR koji je obezbedio Stake ne postoji u njihovom sistemu. Stoga se transakcija ne može smatrati izmirenom.
Uprkos tome, Stejk nastavlja da odgovara istom generičkom izjavom „u preispitivanju" bez napretka ili tehničkog pojašnjenja.
U ovom trenutku, s poštovanjem molim CasinoGuru da interveniše i zamoli Stake da:
Dostavite zvanične podatke o banci za uplatu i potvrdu o poravnanju, ILI
Obradi ručno ponovno uplaćivanje sredstava na moj račun bez daljeg odlaganja.
Nerešen status „u pregledu" od 14 dana bez proverljivog dokaza o uplati nije prihvatljiv za završeno povlačenje sredstava.

Thank you for your follow-up.
I would like to clarify that for the past 14 days, Stake has repeatedly stated that my withdrawal is "under review," but they have not provided any concrete update, settlement confirmation, remitting bank details, or any valid proof of payment processing.
This is no longer a normal delay. In standard banking and UPI settlement timelines, reconciliation does not reasonably take over two weeks without at least providing transaction trace details.
My bank has officially confirmed that the UTR provided by Stake does not exist in their system. Therefore, the transaction cannot be considered settled.
Despite this, Stake continues to respond with the same generic "under review" statement without progress or technical clarification.
At this point, I respectfully request CasinoGuru to intervene and ask Stake to:
Provide official remitting bank details and settlement confirmation, OR
Process a manual re-credit to my account without further delay.
A 14-day unresolved "under review" status without verifiable payment proof is not acceptable for a completed withdrawal.
