Dostigao sam VIP Silver na Stake.com u januaru i ispunio sam uslove za Silver bonus. Međutim, elektronski transfer bonusa nije uspeo i od tada bonus nije ponovo izdat niti kreditiran.
Više od dva meseca pokušavam da rešim ovaj problem:
Više imejlova poslato podršci bez odgovora
Ćaskanje uživo u početku nije prikazivalo opciju za poruke
Sada uopšte ne mogu da pristupim ćaskanju uživo
Moj nalog je inače potpuno funkcionalan (mogu da uplaćujem depozit i koristim sajt), ali nemam način da kontaktiram podršku i ne dobijam odgovore putem e-pošte.
Bonus je i dalje dostupan na mom nalogu, ali ne mogu da ga zatražim ili primim.
Zahtevam da Stake.com:
Ponovo izdajte ili ručno dodelite 60 dolara srebrnog VIP bonusa, ili
Dajte jasno objašnjenje i rešenje
Ovaj problem traje od januara, a podrška nije odgovorila ni na jedan trenutak.
Podnosim ovu žalbu jer sam iscrpeo sve dostupne kanale podrške.

I reached VIP Silver on Stake.com in January and was eligible for the Silver bonus. However, the e-transfer for the bonus failed, and since then the bonus has not been reissued or credited.
For over two months, I have attempted to resolve this issue:
Multiple emails sent to support with no response
Live chat initially showed no message option
Now I cannot access live chat at all
My account is otherwise fully functional (I can deposit and use the site), but I have no way to contact support and receive no replies through email.
The bonus still appears to be available on my account, but I am unable to claim or receive it.
I am requesting that Stake.com:
Reissue or manually credit the $60 Silver VIP bonus, or
Provide a clear explanation and resolution
This issue has been ongoing since January with zero support response.
I am submitting this complaint because I have exhausted all available support channels.
