Tražena dokumenta, uključujući račune za komunalne usluge za poslednja tri meseca i dokaz o uplati, podneo sam otprilike 7 dana pre nego što mi je nalog deaktiviran.
Koliko je meni poznato, dostavio sam sva tražena dokumenta u ispravnom formatu. Nakon što sam ih poslao, moj nalog je deaktiviran i obavešten sam da sam navodno prekršio Uslove korišćenja usluge, ali mi nije dato jasno objašnjenje koje konkretno pravilo sam prekršio.
I dalje imam pristup svom nalogu i mogu se prijaviti, međutim, isplate su blokirane i nalog ostaje deaktiviran.
Spreman sam da u potpunosti sarađujem i pružim sve dodatne informacije ako je potrebno. Ljubazno molim za jasno objašnjenje navodnog kršenja i preispitivanje mog slučaja, kao i mogućnost povlačenja preostalog iznosa.

Thank you for your reply.
I submitted the requested documents, including utility bills for the last three months and proof of payment, approximately 7 days before my account was disabled.
To the best of my knowledge, I provided all the requested documents in the correct format. After submitting them, my account was disabled and I was informed that I allegedly breached the Terms of Service, but I was not given a clear explanation of what specific rule I violated.
I still have access to my account and can log in, however withdrawals are blocked and the account remains disabled.
I am willing to fully cooperate and provide any additional information if necessary. I kindly ask for a clear explanation of the alleged breach and a review of my case, as well as the possibility to withdraw my remaining balance.
