• Korisnik sam Stake-a otprilike 6 meseci. Moj nalog je nedavno ograničen 23. marta 2026. godine.
• Saznao/la sam za ograničenje kada nisam mogao/la da pristupim uobičajenim funkcijama naloga i dobio/la sam obaveštenje/e-poštu u kojoj se navodi da je moj nalog privremeno suspendovan zbog sumnje na kršenje Uslova korišćenja usluge.
• Uglavnom sam koristio platformu za normalno igranje, uključujući kazino igre i povremeno klađenje. Nisam koristio nikakve bonuse niti se upuštao u bilo kakvu zloupotrebu. Trenutni saldo od približno 6999 USDT sastoji se od mojih ličnih deponovanih sredstava, a ne dobitaka.
• Već sam kontaktirao tim za usklađenost kazina ( accounts@stake.com ) i završio sve potrebne korake verifikacije do nivoa 4 (KYC). Trenutno čekam njihov konačan odgovor u vezi sa mojom mogućnošću da povučem sredstva. Priložiću svu relevantnu komunikaciju, uključujući imejlove i snimke ekrana.
Želeo bih da naglasim da sam u potpunosti spreman da sarađujem i da se pridržavam svih zahteva za verifikaciju. Moj jedini zahtev je da mi se dozvoli podizanje uplaćenih sredstava, jer trenutno ne mogu da koristim platformu.

Thank you for your response and for looking into my case.
Please find my answers below:
• I have been a user of Stake for approximately 6months. My account was recently restricted on March 23, 2026.
• I learned about the restriction when I was unable to access normal account functions and received a notification/email stating that my account had been temporarily suspended due to a suspected breach of Terms of Service.
• I mainly used the platform for normal gameplay, including casino games and occasional betting. I did not use any bonuses or engage in any form of abuse. The current balance of approximately 6999 USDT consists of my personal deposited funds, not winnings.
• I have already contacted the casino’s compliance team (accounts@stake.com) and completed all required verification steps up to Level 4 (KYC). I am currently waiting for their final response regarding my ability to withdraw the funds. I will attach all relevant communication, including emails and screenshots.
I would like to emphasize that I am fully willing to cooperate and comply with all verification requirements. My only request is to be allowed to withdraw my deposited funds, as I am currently unable to use the platform.
