Prvo, potvrđujemo da je podnosilac žalbe obavešten o razlozima za ograničenje njegovog tekućeg računa i da je od njega zatraženo da završi svoj KYC do nivoa 4.
Međutim, nisu dostavili traženu dokumentaciju za nivo 3 i nivo 4.
Za verifikaciju nivoa 3, korisnik je dostavio bankovno referentno pismo. Da bi se nastavila dalja verifikacija, potrebno je da uz referentno pismo dostavi i bankovni izvod.
Alternativno, mogu podneti jedno od sledećeg:
- Račun za komunalne usluge i dokaz o uplati za poslednja tri meseca
- Porez na imovinu, opštinski račun ili poresko pismo izdato od strane vlade i dokaz da su porezi plaćeni
- Izvod o socijalnom osiguranju
- Zvanično pismo poslodavca ili obrazovne ustanove kojim se potvrđuje njihova adresa (potpisano i overeno pečatom)
- Ugovor o zakupu
- Ugovor o zakupu ili dokaz o vlasništvu nad stanom/kućom
Imajte na umu da dokumenti moraju biti potpisani i overeni pečatom organa koji ih je izdao.
Za verifikaciju nivoa 4, nikada nisu podneli nikakva dokumenta. Da bi nastavili, moraju da otpreme svoje bankovne izvode i platne listiće za poslednja tri meseca. Ako platne listiće nemaju, alternativno mogu da dostave jedno od sledećeg, zajedno sa bankovnim izvodom koji jasno pokazuje poreklo prvobitno uplaćenih sredstava:
- Poreske prijave
- Pokloni
- Nasleđivanje
- Prihod od nekretnina
- Poslovni prihod
- Dobitci na lutriji
- Prihod od prodaje kompanije
- Brakorazvodne nagodbe
- Krediti
- Prihod od rudarstva
Dokumenti moraju biti potpisani i overeni pečatom organa koji ih je izdao.

Firstly, we confirm that the complainant was informed of the reasons behind their current account restriction and requested to complete their KYC up to Level 4.
However, they have not submitted the requested documents for Level 3 and Level 4.
For Level 3 verification, the user provided a bank reference letter. To proceed with further verification, they also need to submit a bank statement along with the reference letter.
Alternatively, they may submit one of the following:
- Utility bill and proof of payment for the past three months
- Council tax, municipality bill, or government-issued tax letter and proof that their taxes have been paid
- Social insurance statement
- An official letter from their employer or educational institution confirming their address (signed and stamped)
- Tenancy agreement
- Lease agreement, or proof of apartment/house ownership
Please note that the documents must be signed and stamped by the issuing authority.
For Level 4 verification, they have never submitted any documents. To proceed, they must upload their bank statements and payslips for the last three months. If payslips are not available, they may alternatively provide one of the following, along with a bank statement that clearly shows the origin of the initially deposited funds :
- Tax returns
- Gifts
- Inheritance
- Real estate income
- Business income
- Lottery winnings
- Company sale proceeds
- Divorce settlements
- Loans
- Mining income
The documents must be signed and authenticated with the seal of the authority that issued the document.
