Moj nalog je suspendovan 29. aprila 2025. godine na Stake-u, zbog čega nisam mogao da se kladim ili podignem svoj dobitak. Tražili su od mene da uradim verifikaciju nivoa 4.
Verifikacija nivoa 1 i nivoa 2 je ranije završena.
Prvo su me zamolili da otpremim bilo koji dokument na moje ime za verifikaciju nivoa 3 koji sadrži moju adresu, a za isti sam otpremio izvod sa kreditne kartice za poslednja 3 meseca u potrebnom formatu, a zatim su to odbili, navodeći da otpremim račune za komunalne usluge.
Pošto sam zakupac, računi za komunalne usluge su bili na ime stanodavca i to sam im pomenuo putem pošte. Ipak su me zamolili da otpremim račune za komunalne usluge i potvrde o plaćanju za poslednja 3 meseca.
Danas sam otpremio račune za komunalne usluge i odbili su ih, navodeći da dokumenti treba da budu na moje ime. Zato sam ponovo otpremio izvod računa za kredit koji je na moje ime. Sada su odbili moju verifikaciju i trajno deaktivirali moj nalog.
Ovo je uznemiravanje jer sam već otpremio sva potrebna dokumenta koja su tražili. Oni stalno odbijaju dokumenta bez ikakvog posebnog razloga, ja sam dostavio sva dokumenta koja su tražili.
Čak i za verifikaciju nivoa 4 tražili su od mene da otpremim platnu listu i izvod za 3 meseca, koje sam otpremio i spojio u jedan pdf u kojem je iznos plate jasno naveden u izvodu.
Ovo je čisto uznemiravanje jer su mi dobici zaglavljeni bez ikakvog razloga, a odbili su moju verifikaciju bez ikakvog posebnog razloga.
Molim vas da prosledite moj slučaj dalje, jer imam spremnu svu dokumentaciju koja je potrebna za verifikaciju nivoa 3 i 4. Nadam se da ćete mi pomoći u ovoj situaciji.

Blokirali su me pre jednog dana mesečnog bonusa i iritiraju me, podneo sam poresku prijavu za verifikaciju nivoa 4, nakon toga sam podneo izvod sa Binance Cyrpto računa sa hešem i TXID-om, a oni su ponovo uradili isto odbijanje... nakon toga sam podneo ugovor o poklonu mog oca... otac mi je dao poklon putem bankovnog transfera, otpremio sam ugovor o poklonu sa izvodom iz banke... i oni su odbili ugovor o poklonu, nakon toga su trajno zabranili moj ulog ID...
Mislim da će prevariti mnoge ljude poput mene i ja sam im veoma lojalan kupac, ali mi nisu odgovorili i dali su imejl adresu. ... ali ova e-pošta ne radi.....
Zato, molim vas, pomozite mi... ovo nije fer, ako igrač pobedi, vi ga banujete na stake.com... kada sam izgubio, nisu primetili i nikada nisu tražili verifikaciju, ali kada sam pobedio, blokirali su isplatu, a zatim su mi deaktivirali i trajno zabranili nalog... Želim da znam šta je ovo ponašanje... zar nije prevara? Varate ljude na ime verifikacije i kršite uslove... niste rekli kupcu i nikada me niste ništa upozorili... ali kada pobedim na stake.com, oni blokiraju isplatu, a zatim bane moj stake ID... stake.com je potpuna prevara... varaju ljude ako neko želi da kontaktira stake.com... nemaju nikakvu podršku putem e-pošte niti kontakt broj...

My account was suspended on 29 april 2025 on stake due to which i was unable to place bet or withdraw my winnings.They asked me to do level 4 verification.
Level 1 and level 2 verification were completed earlier.
Firstly they asked me to upload any document in my name for level 3 verification consisting of my address and for the same i uploaded my last 3 months credit card bill statement in required format, then they rejected it stating me to upload utility bills.
As i am a tenant utility bills were in the name of landlord and i have mentioned them that through mail. Still they asked me to upload utility bills and the payment receipts for the last 3 months.
Today i uploaded the utility bills and they rejected it stating that the documents should be in my name. So i again uploaded the credit call bill statement which is on my name. Now they have rejected my verification and disabled my account permanently.
This is harassment as i have already uploaded all the required documents requested by them. They keep on rejecting documents for no particular reason, i have submitted all the documents asked by them.
Even for level 4 verification they asked me to upload payslip and 3 months statement which i have uploaded and merged in a single pdf in which the salary amount is clearly stated in the statement.
This is pure harassment as my winnings got stuck for no reason and they rejected my verification for no particular reason.
Kindly escalate my matter as i have all the documents ready which is required for level 3 and level 4 verification. I hope you will help me in this situation.

They blocked me before one day of monthly bonus & they irritating i submit the Tax return for level 4 verification after that i submit the binance cyrpto statement with hash & txid of my account & they do same reject again... after that i submit the gift deed of my father... my father gave me gift on bank transfer i upload the gift deed with bank statement.... they reject the gift deed toooo after that they ban permanently on my stake ID...

As for the email where someone asks you for a payment in our name, please ignore it completely. It is a scam. Unless you are requested for something directly in an open thread or you receive an email from any of our official email addresses (always mentioned in an open thread, containing the domain @casino.guru), it is not from casino.guru employee, and I recommend deleting it.

After gathering all the necessary information and details from the casino, we are closing this complaint as unjustified due to breaching the casino's terms and conditions - the casino was able and willing to prove its claims and decision, which you already received from them via email upon the account closure. Successful verification and providing original/unedited documents upon the KYC process is mandatory in all online casinos requiring this process. Under the given circumstances, your KYC/verification was impossible. In addition, there are reasonable grounds to believe we are talking about duplicate/multiple accounts, which also means a serious violation.
The casino acted in accordance with its terms and conditions you accepted upon registration(s), and we accept its decision.
If you are not satisfied with the complaint solution, I recommend you consult the gambling authority that the casino is regulated by or an ADR, if the casino states any on its website.
