Ja sam korisnik Stake.com-a iz Ugande. Uplaćujem i isplaćujem novac koristeći Airtel Uganda Mobile Money. Moji depoziti funkcionišu besprekorno, ali svaki pokušaj isplate ne uspeva i novac se vraća u moj Stake novčanik — novac nikada ne stigne do mog Airtel Mobile Money broja +256703997522.
Neuspešna povlačenja:
• 13.05.2026. — 50.000 UGX — vraćeno posle 3 dana
• 16.05.2026. — UGX 10.000 — oporavljeno
• 18.05.2026. — 10.000 UGX — oporavljeno
Trenutno imam 30.000 UGX zaglavljenih na mom Stake računu koje ne mogu da podignem.
Kontaktirao sam podršku kompanije Stake više od 10 puta putem ćaskanja uživo i imejla. Više puta su mi govorili da kontaktiram svoju banku ili Airtel Uganda. To je pogrešno jer ne koristim banku i novac nikada nije napustio Stake-ov sistem — vratio se u moj Stake novčanik, što dokazuje da je greška unutar Stake-ovog sopstvenog sistema za plaćanje.
Nezavisno sam utvrdio da je procesor plaćanja kompanije Stake Relworx Limited (ID trgovca 4321447). Direktno sam kontaktirao Relworx i oni su potvrdili da će kontaktirati nadležne strane radi istrage.
Tim za podršku kompanije Stake je sada potvrdio da čeka odgovor od svog provajdera plaćanja. Ali u početku su krivili Airtel Uganda i ne, problem još uvek nije rešen.
Imam snimke ekrana istorije transakcija, dnevnike ćaskanja i dokaze iz imejla koji potkrepljuju sve gore navedeno.
I am a Ugandan user of Stake.com. I deposit and withdraw using Airtel Uganda Mobile Money. My deposits work perfectly but every single withdrawal attempt fails and bounces back to my Stake wallet — the money never reaches my Airtel Mobile Money number +256703997522.
Failed withdrawals:
• 13/05/2026 — UGX 50,000 — bounced back after 3 days
• 16/05/2026 — UGX 10,000 — bounced back
• 18/05/2026 — UGX 10,000 — bounced back
I currently have UGX 30,000 stuck in my Stake account that I cannot withdraw.
I contacted Stake support over 10 times via live chat and email. They repeatedly told me to contact my bank or Airtel Uganda. This is wrong because I do not use a bank and the money never left Stake’s system — it bounced back to my Stake wallet proving the failure is within Stake’s own payment gateway.
I independently identified that Stake’s payment processor is Relworx Limited (Merchant ID 4321447). I contacted Relworx directly and they confirmed they will contact the relevant parties to investigate.
Stake’s own support team has now confirmed they are waiting for a reply from their payment provider. But at first they blamed Airtel Uganda and no the issue is still not solved
