Ulog je suspendovao moj nalog i drži moja sredstva kao taoca – Pazite!
Želim da podelim svoje užasno iskustvo sa Stakeom u nadi da ću upozoriti druge. Moj nalog je suspendovan bez objašnjenja, i uprkos višestrukim pokušajima da kontaktiram podršku, još uvek nemam pojma koje pravilo sam navodno prekršio.
Evo šta se desilo:
Suspenzija naloga bez razloga – Jednog dana sam se prijavio i dočekala me poruka u kojoj je pisalo da je moj nalog suspendovan zbog „sumnjivog kršenja uslova usluge". Kada sam pitao podršku koje pravilo sam prekršio, oni su odbili da mi kažu i nastavili su davati copi-paste odgovore.
Lažna tvrdnja o režimu samo za povlačenje – podrška ulozima mi je prvobitno rekla da je moj nalog stavljen u „režim samo za povlačenje", što znači da bih i dalje trebalo da mogu da povučem svoja sredstva. Ovo je bila laž – nisam imao opciju da povučem, a moja sredstva su bila potpuno zaključana.
Nemoguć KIC zahtev za zarobljavanje mojih sredstava – Podrška mi je tada rekla da moram da se verifikujem do nivoa 4 KIC da bih povratio pristup svojim sredstvima. problem? Moj suspendovani nalog mi ne dozvoljava da otpremim dokumente, tako da fizički ne mogu da završim verifikaciju. To znači da je moj novac zarobljen na neodređeno vreme.
Ignorisano od strane Stakeovog tima „Nalozi" – Veb lokacija Stake jasno kaže da u slučaju suspenzije naloga treba da kontaktiram . Poslao sam im e-poštu više puta, ali odbijaju da odgovore.
U ovom trenutku, jasno je da mi Stake namerno blokira moj sopstveni novac dajući mi kontradiktorne informacije i odbijajući da pravilno odgovori. Ovo je čista krađa i ja ću preduzeti pravne mere protiv njih i prijaviti ih regulatornim telima.
Ako koristite Ulog, BUDITE PAŽLjIVI – oni mogu zaključati vaš nalog u bilo kom trenutku, odbiti da vam kažu zašto i zadržite vaša sredstva kao taoca.

Stake Suspended My Account and Is Holding My Funds Hostage – Beware!
I want to share my horrible experience with Stake in hopes of warning others. My account was suspended without explanation, and despite multiple attempts to contact support, I still have no idea what rule I allegedly broke.
Here's what happened:
Account Suspension Without Reason – One day, I logged in and was greeted with a message saying my account was suspended for a "suspected breach of terms of service." When I asked support what rule I violated, they refused to tell me and kept giving copy-paste responses.
False Claim of Withdraw-Only Mode – Stake support initially told me that my account was placed in "withdraw-only mode," meaning I should still be able to withdraw my funds. This was a lie – I had no option to withdraw, and my funds were completely locked.
Impossible KYC Requirement to Trap My Funds – Support then told me I must verify to Level 4 KYC to regain access to my funds. The problem? My suspended account doesn’t allow me to upload any documents, so I physically cannot complete the verification. This means my money is trapped indefinitely.
Ignored by Stake’s "Accounts" Team – The Stake website clearly states that for account suspensions, I should contact accounts@stake.com. I've emailed them multiple times, but they refuse to reply.
At this point, it’s clear that Stake is intentionally blocking me from my own money by giving me contradictory information and refusing to respond properly. This is outright theft, and I’ll be taking legal action against them and reporting them to regulatory bodies.
If you use Stake, BE CAREFUL – they can lock your account at any time, refuse to tell you why, and keep your funds hostage.
