I hereby file a complaint against Stakes Casino, as my winnings of approximately €11,000 were completely cancelled due to an alleged bonus violation.

The casino claims that I violated the bonus terms and conditions by playing an excluded game ("Rise of Merlin") while a bonus was active.

I acknowledge that this game is listed among the excluded games.

However, I clearly question the proportionality and transparency of the decision.

After reviewing my game history, the following facts emerge:

- 43 spins

- Stake: €5 per spin

- Total stakes: €215

- Total winnings: approx. €82.50

- Result: Net loss of approximately €132.50

This clearly shows that I did not win anything from the excluded game.

According to the bonus terms and conditions (section 1.31), it merely states that winnings from excluded games will be withheld. However, it is not clearly and unambiguously stipulated that all bonus winnings from the entire gaming session may be completely forfeited.

Additionally, a very important point regarding transparency should be emphasized:

Neither during registration nor during deposit or bonus activation was I clearly and explicitly informed that certain games would be restricted during the bonus period. All games were normally accessible and could be started and played without any warning or restrictions.

There was no clear technical block or warning message during gameplay that would have indicated to me that I was violating bonus conditions.

Nevertheless, all winnings from the bonus phase were completely cancelled, including winnings from other games that were not affected.

I consider this decision to be disproportionate and not sufficiently transparent in relation to the actual course of the game.

I therefore request an independent review of this case.

Ich reiche hiermit eine Beschwerde gegen Stakes Casino ein, da meine Gewinne in Höhe von ca. 11.000 € aufgrund eines angeblichen Bonusverstoßes vollständig storniert wurden.

Das Casino behauptet, dass ich gegen die Bonusbedingungen verstoßen habe, indem ich während eines aktiven Bonus ein ausgeschlossenes Spiel („Rise of Merlin") gespielt habe.

Ich erkenne an, dass dieses Spiel in der Liste der ausgeschlossenen Spiele aufgeführt ist.

Allerdings stelle ich die Verhältnismäßigkeit und Transparenz der Entscheidung klar in Frage.

Nach Prüfung meiner Spielhistorie ergeben sich folgende Fakten:

- 43 Spins 

- Einsatz: 5 € pro Spin 

- Gesamteinsätze: 215 € 

- Gesamtgewinne: ca. 82,50 € 

- Ergebnis: Nettoverlust von ca. 132,50 € 

Damit ist eindeutig ersichtlich, dass ich aus dem ausgeschlossenen Spiel keinen Gewinn erzielt habe.

Gemäß den Bonusbedingungen (Abschnitt 1.31) heißt es lediglich, dass Gewinne aus ausgeschlossenen Spielen einbehalten werden. Es wird jedoch nicht klar und eindeutig geregelt, dass sämtliche Bonusgewinne aus der gesamten Spielsession vollständig storniert werden dürfen.

Zusätzlich ist ein sehr wichtiger Punkt zur Transparenz hervorzuheben:

Weder bei der Registrierung noch bei der Einzahlung oder Aktivierung des Bonus wurde ich klar und deutlich darauf hingewiesen, dass bestimmte Spiele während des Bonus eingeschränkt sind. Alle Spiele waren normal zugänglich und konnten ohne Warnhinweis oder Einschränkung gestartet und gespielt werden.

Es gab während des Spielens keinerlei klare technische Sperre oder Warnmeldung, die mich darauf hingewiesen hätte, dass ich gegen Bonusbedingungen verstoße.

Trotzdem wurden sämtliche Gewinne aus der Bonusphase vollständig storniert, einschließlich der Gewinne aus anderen Spielen, die nicht betroffen waren.

Ich halte diese Entscheidung für nicht verhältnismäßig und nicht ausreichend transparent im Verhältnis zum tatsächlichen Spielverlauf.

Ich bitte daher um eine unabhängige Prüfung dieses Falls.

• Activation of the bonus:

I activated the bonus on 09.04.2026 at 04:18.

• Knowledge of the excluded games:

I was unaware of the list of excluded games at the time of registration and deposit.

I registered via a streamer and was immediately redirected to the registration page and then to the deposit page.

I was neither actively shown a list of excluded games, nor were the full bonus conditions made clearly accessible to me before I played.

• Hints during the game:

I received no warnings, notifications, or bans while playing.

The affected games (e.g. Rise of Merlin) were perfectly playable, without any indication that they were excluded from the bonus.

• Other games played:

Yes, I also played other games during the bonus period, including:

- Epic Bullets and Bounties (Hacksaw) – Win: €6,643.50

- Life and Death (Hacksaw) – Prize: €2,531.50

In addition, other games were played, the exact list of which is not currently available to me.

I would also like to point out an important point:

The clause you quoted reads:

"Winnings from a bonus game on these games will be forfeited."

In my case, however, the displayed condition reads:

"Any winnings from a bonus played on these games will be retained."

In my view, this wording is ambiguous and allows for the following interpretations:

• Kenntnis der ausgeschlossenen Spiele: 

Die Liste der ausgeschlossenen Spiele war mir zum Zeitpunkt der Registrierung und Einzahlung nicht bekannt. 

Ich habe mich über einen Streamer registriert und wurde direkt zur Anmeldung sowie anschließend zur Einzahlung weitergeleitet. 

Weder wurde mir aktiv eine Liste der ausgeschlossenen Spiele angezeigt, noch wurden mir die vollständigen Bonusbedingungen deutlich zugänglich gemacht, bevor ich gespielt habe.

• Hinweise während des Spiels: 

Während des Spielens habe ich keinerlei Warnungen, Hinweise oder Sperren erhalten. 

Die betroffenen Spiele (z. B. Rise of Merlin) waren ganz normal spielbar, ohne dass ersichtlich war, dass sie vom Bonus ausgeschlossen sind.

• Weitere gespielte Spiele:

Die von Ihnen zitierte Klausel lautet:

„Gewinne aus einem Bonusspiel an diesen Spielen verfallen."

In meinem Fall lautet die angezeigte Bedingung jedoch:

„Jegliche Gewinne aus einem Bonus, der an diesen Spielen gespielt wurde, werden einbehalten."

Diese Formulierung ist aus meiner Sicht nicht eindeutig und lässt folgenden Interpretationsspielraum zu: 

➡️ Dass nur Gewinne aus den konkret ausgeschlossenen Spielen einbehalten werden – 

nicht jedoch das gesamte Bonusguthaben oder Gewinne aus anderen Spielen.

I would like to provide you with the requested information as best as possible.

Regarding the complete game and betting history for the period in question, I am unfortunately unable to submit it in full, as I no longer have full access to all individual game rounds and can no longer trace every game played exactly.

However, what I can say for sure is that I played many different games while the bonus was active, as I had to meet the wagering requirements. So it wasn't just a single game.

As far as I remember, the biggest wins were achieved in other regular games and not in the excluded game "Rise of Merlin".

I was able to partially reconstruct my progress in the game "Rise of Merlin". There I:

- 43 spins played

- €5 per spin

- a total of €215 was invested

- won approximately €82.50

- thus incurring a net loss of approximately €132.50

Regarding communication with the casino, I can currently provide you with the following:

- the email in which my payout was rejected

- my reply to this email

I did not receive any further response from the casino.

Additionally, I have repeatedly tried to contact live support via the website. The only message I receive is that all agents are busy. The window then loads briefly and closes again without a chat session starting.

I am currently not receiving any response to further emails sent to the casino.

I have already sent you the existing screenshots, emails and other evidence by email so that you have all available information about my case.

Gerne möchte ich Ihnen die angeforderten Informationen so gut wie möglich zur Verfügung stellen.

Bezüglich der vollständigen Spiel- und Wetthistorie für den betreffenden Zeitraum ist es mir leider nicht möglich, diese vollständig einzureichen, da ich inzwischen keinen vollständigen Zugriff mehr auf alle einzelnen Spielrunden habe und nicht mehr jedes gespielte Spiel exakt nachvollziehen kann.

Was ich jedoch sicher sagen kann, ist, dass ich während des aktiven Bonus viele verschiedene Spiele gespielt habe, da ich die Umsatzbedingungen erfüllen musste. Es handelte sich also nicht nur um ein einzelnes Spiel.

Die größten Gewinne wurden nach meiner Erinnerung in anderen regulären Spielen erzielt und nicht im ausgeschlossenen Spiel „Rise of Merlin".

Zum Spiel „Rise of Merlin" konnte ich meinen Verlauf teilweise nachvollziehen. Dort habe ich:

- 43 Spins gespielt 

- 5 € pro Spin gesetzt 

- insgesamt 215 € eingesetzt 

- ca. 82,50 € gewonnen 

- somit einen Nettoverlust von ca. 132,50 € gemacht

Auch auf weitere E-Mails an das Casino erhalte ich aktuell keine Rückmeldung mehr.
