Želeo bih da podnesem formalnu žalbu u vezi sa nerešenim problemom isplate sa Starda Casino-om.
Zatražio/la sam isplatu od 100 evra na moj Revolut nalog. Status je ostao „Na čekanju" već nekoliko dana bez ikakvog napretka.
U početku me je korisnička podrška obavestila da je sistem na održavanju i da nisu u mogućnosti da obezbede ažuriranja. Od tada nisam dobio nikakve dalje odgovore uprkos višestrukim pokušajima da kontaktiram podršku.
Zabrinut sam zbog nedostatka transparentnosti i odsustva jasnog vremenskog okvira za obradu mog povlačenja sredstava.
