Zatražio/la sam samoisključenje sa sajta 6. maja 2026. godine i moj zahtev je potpuno ignorisan.
Izgubio sam 3600 dolara i od tada sam poslao više imejlova, ali me i dalje ignorišu.
Ne postoji opcija za samoisključivanje na sajtu i prema njihovim uslovima i odredbama morate da pošaljete e-poštu, moj nalog ostaje zatvoren, a podrška uživo je od malo ili nikakve pomoći, mogu da obezbedim e-poštu, depozite i logove ćaskanja.
Ne živim u Kanadi, živim u Velikoj Britaniji, jedini način da podnesem ovu žalbu bio je putem korišćenja VPN-a.
I requested a self exclusion to the site on 6th May 2026 and my request was completely ignored.
I have proceeded to lose $3600 and have sent multiple emails since and have still been ignored.
There is no option to self exclude on the site and according to their T&Cs you have to email, my account remains closed and live support are little to no help, i can provide emails deposits and chat logs.
I do not live in Canada i live in the UK, the only way i could make this complaint was via using a VPN.
