Otvorio sam nalog kod Sultanbet-a početkom maja. Kada sam pokušao da podignem novac nakon što sam osvojio nešto novca, prošao sam kroz KYC (poznaj svog klijenta) koji je uključivao ličnu kartu, selfi sa porukom, potvrdu vlasništva nad nalogom na MiFinity-ju, račun za komunalne usluge, platne listiće, opis zanimanja itd. Nakon što sam sve ovo poslao (poslednji dokument je poslat 20. maja), nisam imao nikakve dodatne zahteve za dokumentima.
Međutim, kazino stalno odlaže isplate. Više pokušaja mi je odbijeno, a sada dobijam poruku o grešci kada pokušam da naručim isplatu. Kontaktirao sam podršku putem ćaskanja prošlog ponedeljka (nažalost, nemam kopiju transkripta ćaskanja) i rekli su mi da su prijavili problem/grešku nadležnom odeljenju. Ali nisam dobio odgovor od njih.

Opened an account with Sultanbet in the beginning of May. When I tried to withdraw after winning some money, I went through KYC which included ID, selfie with note, confirmation of account ownership at MiFinity, utility bill, pay slips, description of occupation, etc. After having sent all this (last document was sent 20th of May), I have not had any additional requests for documents.
However, the casino keep stalling the withdrawals. I have had multiple tries rejected, and now I get an error message when I try to order the withdrawal. I contacted chat support last Monday (unfortunately I do not have a copy of the chat transcript), and they told me that they lifted the concern/error to the relevant department. But I have not heared back from them.
