Da biste bolje razumeli šta se trenutno dešava sa vašim isplatama, možete li, molim vas, da dostavite snimke ekrana vaših tekućih (na čekanju) isplata sa vašeg kazino naloga?
Idealno bi bilo da snimci ekrana jasno prikazuju:
- iznosi povlačenja
- traženi datumi
- trenutni status (na čekanju/obrađeno/odbijeno)
- izabrani način plaćanja
Ovo će nam pomoći da proverimo tačan vremenski okvir i da li su isplate zaista obrađene na strani kazina ili su još uvek na čekanju interno.

To better understand what is currently happening with your withdrawal, could you please provide screenshots of your ongoing (pending) withdrawals from your casino account?
Ideally, the screenshots should clearly show:
- the withdrawal amounts
- the dates requested
- the current status (pending/processed/rejected)
- the selected payment method
This will help us verify the exact timeline and whether the withdrawals have actually been processed on the casino’s side or are still pending internally.
