Pišem vam da bih podneo žalbu u vezi sa problemom sa isplatom u TheClubhousecasino.
Zatražio sam isplatu od 170.000 evra, ali do sada je isplaćeno samo 4.000 evra. Preostali iznos je nepravedno odložen bez ikakvog valjanog objašnjenja.
Pored toga, moji KYC dokumenti su više puta odbijeni bez jasnih razloga, iako su zvanični i validni. Dostavio sam sva tražena dokumenta, ali oni i dalje tvrde da su nedovoljni.
Iako imam sve relevantne snimke ekrana i dokaze koji potkrepljuju moju tvrdnju, u ovom trenutku ih ne uključujem.
Ljubazno molim za vašu pomoć u rešavanju ovog problema i osiguravanju da kazino ispuni svoje obaveze.

I am writing to file a complaint regarding a withdrawal issue with TheClubhousecasino.
I requested a withdrawal of €170,000, but so far, only €4,000 have been paid out. The remaining amount has been unjustly delayed without any valid explanation.
Additionally, my KYC documents have been repeatedly rejected without clear reasons, even though they are official and valid. I have provided all requested documents, but they continue to claim that they are insufficient.
