Tokom proteklih nekoliko nedelja sam izgradio svoj bankrol na preko 24.000 američkih dolara i imam aktivne dugoročne sportske opklade kod njih. Treba napomenuti da čak i sa ovim novcem na računu i dalje sam veliki gubitnik kod njih. Dakle, oni su daleko ispred mene.
27. novembra sam igrao blekdžek na sajtu koristeći svoj ajpad kada sam iznenada izbačen tokom igre oko 4:00 ujutru po MST.
Ćaskao sam sa nekim u kompaniji Tiger preko aplikacije i rečeno mi je da Poker Client, koji sadrži aplikaciju Casino, ima poteškoća.
Međutim, nekoliko sati kasnije, kada sam pokušao da se prijavim preko računara, nisam mogao da se prijavim i pojavila se poruka da je moj nalog onemogućen.
Ponovo sam razgovarao sa nekim u kompaniji Tiger i rečeno mi je da je moj nalog u fazi pregleda. Nije dato nikakvo dalje objašnjenje.
I evo nas, posle više od 5 dana.
Stalno mi govore da je nalog u fazi pregleda bez vremenskog okvira za završetak.
Imaju mnogo mog novca i ne znam da li ću ga ikada dobiti. Izgleda da mogu da rade šta god im se prohte.
Priložio sam snimke ekrana moje komunikacije sa njima i iako nemam snimak ekrana novca na mom računu u tačnom trenutku kada sam izbačen, imam jedan od 23. novembra koji prikazuje iznos koji sam imao na računu tog datuma.
Takođe imam transkript razgovora sa jednim od njihovih ljudi iz podrške u kojem mi je ponovo rečeno da je nalog u fazi pregleda, bez ikakvog vremenskog okvira.
I have had an account with Tiger Gaming for over 2 years.
Over the past few weeks I have built my bankroll to over $24,000 USD and have active long term Sports Wagers with them. I should note that even with this money in my account still makes me a big loser with them. So they are way ahead with me.
On Nov. 27 I had been playing blackjack on the site using my iPad when I was suddenly kicked out during the game at about 4:00 AM MST.
I chatted with someone at Tiger through the app and was told the Poker Client, which houses the Casino application, was experiencing difficulties.
However, several hours later when I tried to login through the Desktop I could not login and a message telling me my account was disabled appeared.
Again I chatted with someone at Tiger and was told my account was under review. No further explanation was given.
And here we are over 5 days later.
I keep being told the account is under review with no timeline for completion.
They have a lot of my money and I have no idea if I will ever get it. It seems they can do whatever the hell they like.
I have attached screenshots of my communication with them and while I don't have a screenshot of the money in my account at the exact moment I was kicked out I do have one from Nov. 23 which shows the amount I had in my account on that date.
I also have a transacript of a conversation with one of their support people again telling me the account is under review without any timeline.
