Rezime slučaja – TikiTaka kazino
Stanje na mom računu je bilo oko 30.000 funti.
Kazino dozvoljava da 3 zahteva za povlačenje budu na čekanju u redu istovremeno, sa samo jednim obrađenim dnevno.
Stoga sam zatražio tri isplate (800 funti, 500 funti i 500 funti). Pošto mi je VIP nivo opao, više nisam mogao da zahtevam veće iznose, već samo maksimalno 500 funti po transakciji.
Status povlačenja se nije promenio. Kada sam pitao o kašnjenjima, više puta mi je rečeno da:
moja sredstva su bila „bezbedna",
bilo je mnogo čekanja na povlačenje sredstava,
promenili su svog dobavljača plaćanja i to je uzrokovalo kašnjenja,
i da je moje povlačenje već bilo u završnoj fazi obrade.
Njihovi sopstveni Uslovi i odredbe navode da povlačenja sredstava treba da budu obrađena u roku od 3 radna dana, ali su počeli da kažu 3–5 dana, što je u suprotnosti sa njihovim sopstvenim pravilima.
Kada sam insistirao i pretio da ću eskalirati regulatornim organima, kazino:
napravio/la sam 4 neovlašćena pokušaja da mi naplatim bankovnu karticu (bez mog pristanka),
obrađeno samo jedno povlačenje (800 funti),
otkazao je druge dve (500 funti + 500 funti),
a potom je od mene zahtevao prekomernu količinu dokumenata.
Zatim sam dobio imejl od kazina u kojem se navodi nekoliko odeljaka njihovih Uslova i odredbi, tvrdeći da sam ih prekršio. Odgovorio sam na taj imejl, jasno objašnjavajući da su njihovi argumenti neosnovani.
Prijavio/la sam ovu situaciju kao prevaru svojoj banci i nameravam da je prijavim i organizaciji Action Fraud UK.
Potraživam samo iznos koji je nezakonito otkazan (1000 funti), a takođe zahtevam da se moj račun zatvori zajedno sa preostalim iznosom (20.000 funti), bez ikakvih daljih potraživanja sa moje strane.
Nikada neću slati lična dokumenta kompaniji koja je već pokušala da nezakonito tereti moju bankovnu karticu.
U jednom od njihovih imejlova, nakon što sam pomenuo da imam odraslog sina sa tumorom na mozgu, dobio sam šokantan odgovor u kojem mi je rečeno da bi trebalo da se „više fokusiram na zdravlje svog sina i svoje".
Naglašavam da nisam zavisan od kockanja i da se nikada više neću registrovati u onlajn kazinu, jer više ne mogu imati poverenja u to sa kim zaista imam posla.

My account balance was approximately £30,000.
The casino allows 3 withdrawal requests to be pending in the queue at the same time, with only one processed per day.
I therefore requested three withdrawals (£800, £500 and £500). Because my VIP level had dropped, I could no longer request higher amounts, only a maximum of £500 per transaction.
The withdrawal status did not change. When I asked about delays, I was told repeatedly that:
my funds were "safe",
there were many withdrawals pending,
they had changed their payment provider and that was causing delays,
and that my withdrawal was already at the final stage of processing.
Their own Terms & Conditions state withdrawals should be processed within 3 working days, yet they began saying 3–5 days, which contradicts their own rules.
When I insisted and threatened to escalate to regulators, the casino:
made 4 unauthorised attempts to charge my bank card (without my consent),
processed only one withdrawal (£800),
cancelled the other two (£500 + £500),
and afterwards demanded an excessive amount of documents from me.
I then received an email from the casino citing several sections of their Terms & Conditions, claiming I had violated them. I replied to that email, explaining clearly that their arguments were unfounded.
I have reported this situation as fraud to my bank and I also intend to report it to Action Fraud UK.
I am only demanding the amount that was unlawfully cancelled (£1000), and I also request that my account be closed together with the remaining balance (£20,000), with no further claims from me.
I will never send personal documents to a company that has already attempted to illegally charge my bank card.
In one of their emails, after I mentioned that I have an adult son with a brain tumour, I received a shocking response telling me that I should "focus more on my son’s health and my own."
I emphasise that I am not addicted to gambling, and I will never register with an online casino again, because I can no longer have any confidence in who I am really dealing with.
