Želeo bih da zamolim za vašu pomoć u vezi sa kazinom TikiTaka.
Stanje na mom računu je 9.026,89 PLN. Zatražio sam dve isplate od po 2.000 PLN, ali nijedna od njih nije isplaćena.
Kazino me je obavestio da moj nalog ne zahteva verifikaciju, stoga od mene nije zatraženo da završim bilo kakav proces verifikacije.
Danas je 11. radni dan otkako su moji zahtevi za povlačenje odobreni, a ja još uvek čekam da primim svoj novac.
Mnogo puta sam kontaktirao korisničku podršku, ali nisam dobio jasno objašnjenje niti rešenje. Kazino me stalno traži da sačekam, a da ne navodi tačan datum plaćanja.
Imam snimke ekrana stanja na računu, odobrenih zahteva za povlačenje sredstava i prepiske sa korisničkom podrškom. Mogu da pružim sve prateće dokaze ako je potrebno.
Ljubazno molim Casino Guru da istraži moj slučaj i pomogne mi da povratim svoja sredstva.

My account balance is PLN 9,026.89. I requested two withdrawals of PLN 2,000 each, but neither of them has been paid.
The casino has informed me that my account does not require verification, therefore I have not been asked to complete any verification process.
Today is the 11th business day since my withdrawal requests were approved, and I am still waiting to receive my money.
I have contacted customer support many times, but I have not received a clear explanation or a solution. The casino keeps asking me to wait without providing any specific payment date.
