• I claimed a welcome bonus and fully completed all the wagering requirements.
• After fulfilling the terms, I requested a withdrawal of €350 on [date].
• However, the casino has not paid me any money. They initially told me that only €125 was eligible for withdrawal because the rest was "bonus funds," but even that amount has not been processed.
• I have now been waiting for over [X] days with no payment received.
