Želeo bih da ažuriram svoju žalbu u skladu sa trenutnom situacijom.
Imam 3 zahteva za povlačenje sredstava sa Truelack-om:
– 5.000 evra
– 5.000 evra
– 1.000 evra
(sve putem bankovnog transfera / IBAN)
Ukupan iznos: 11.000 evra.
Moj nalog je potpuno verifikovan (KYC je završen).
Nisu traženi dodatni dokumenti.
Povlačenja su poslata pre oko 48 sati i još uvek se prikazuju kao „Na čekanju".
Kazino je više puta potvrdio u ćaskanju uživo i putem e-pošte da:
povlačenja sredstava obrađuje finansijsko odeljenje,
standardno vreme obrade je do 24–48 sati,
nisu pomenuti nikakvi problemi ili kršenja.
Moj VIP menadžer i VIP podrška su već uključeni.
Danas sam dobio sledeću poruku od VIP podrške:

Međutim, trenutno su isplate još uvek u toku i kazino ne može da potvrdi tačno vreme obrade.

I would like to update my complaint with the current situation.
I have 3 withdrawal requests with Trueluck:
– €5,000
– €5,000
– €1,000
(all via bank transfer / IBAN)
Total amount: €11,000.
My account is fully verified (KYC completed).
No additional documents have been requested.
The withdrawals were submitted about 48 hours ago and are still showing as "Pending".
The casino confirmed multiple times in live chat and by email that:
the withdrawals are being processed by the finance department,
the standard processing time is up to 24–48 hours,
no issues or violations were mentioned.
My VIP manager and VIP support are already involved.
Today I received the following message from VIP support:
"Our team will do everything possible to finalise your withdrawals today."
However, at the moment the withdrawals are still pending and no exact processing time can be confirmed by the casino.
I would appreciate your assistance in contacting the casino and clarifying when my withdrawals will be approved.
