Želeo bih da podnesem žalbu u vezi sa povlačenjem sredstava koje je već nekoliko dana na čekanju na TrustDice-u.
Nedavno sam uplatio više od 10.000 brazilskih reala na platformu. Nakon što sam igrao, zatražio sam isplatu od 7.575 brazilskih reala.
Važno je napomenuti da je ovaj iznos povlačenja NIŽI od ukupnog iznosa koji sam uplatio, što znači da sam i dalje u gubitku.
Međutim, povlačenje je zaglavljeno sa statusom „slanje" više od 3 dana.
Više puta sam kontaktirao korisničku podršku i jedini odgovor koji sam dobio bio je da je problem prosleđen njihovom „timu za plaćanja". Nažalost, nije dato nikakvo objašnjenje, vremenski okvir ili ažuriranje.
Za platformu za kockanje sa kriptovalutama, gde se transakcije obično brzo obrađuju, ovo kašnjenje je izuzetno zabrinjavajuće.
U ovom trenutku moja sredstva su efikasno zaključana bez ikakve transparentnosti u vezi sa obradom povlačenja.
Pored toga, želeo bih da pojasnim da sam poštovao sva pravila i smernice platforme.
Koristio sam samo jedan nalog, poštovao uslove korišćenja platforme i nisam prekršio nikakve uslove za bonuse ili klađenje. Moja igra i transakcije su obavljene normalno u skladu sa pravilima platforme.
Iz tog razloga, ne vidim nikakvo legitimno opravdanje za odlaganje mog povlačenja bez objašnjenja.
Bio bih zahvalan na pomoći kompanije Casino Guru u posredovanju u ovoj situaciji i razjašnjavanju zašto ovo povlačenje nije obrađeno.
Ako se povlačenje završi, rado ću ažurirati ovu žalbu.

I would like to file a complaint regarding a withdrawal that has been pending for several days on TrustDice.
Recently I deposited more than R$10,000 on the platform. After playing, I requested a withdrawal of R$7,575.
It is important to note that this withdrawal amount is LOWER than the total amount I deposited, meaning I am still at a loss overall.
However, the withdrawal has been stuck with the status "sending" for more than 3 days.
I contacted customer support multiple times and the only response I received was that the issue had been forwarded to their "payments team". Unfortunately, no explanation, timeline, or update has been provided.
For a cryptocurrency gambling platform, where transactions are normally processed quickly, this delay is extremely concerning.
At this moment my funds are effectively locked without any transparency regarding the processing of the withdrawal.
Additionally, I would like to clarify that I have followed all platform rules and guidelines.
I have used only one account, complied with the platform’s terms of service, and have not violated any bonus or wagering conditions. My gameplay and transactions were conducted normally according to the platform’s rules.
For this reason, I do not see any legitimate justification for my withdrawal being delayed without explanation.
I would appreciate Casino Guru’s assistance in mediating this situation and helping clarify why this withdrawal has not been processed.
