TrustDice je pristao da refundira depozite koje sam napravio putem kartice zbog činjenice da njihova kompanija koristi dobavljače trećih strana kao primaoce plaćanja da bi zaobišla blokove za kockanje. Ove kompanije nisu navedene kao veb-sajtovi za kockanje i tako su mi omogućili da uplatim 821 EUR na TrustDice uprkos blokadama kockanja koje nameću VISA i moja banka zbog mentalne bolesti.
TrustDice je pristao da refundira ceo iznos i rekao mi je da su to uradili u petak, 24. januara. U ponedeljak 27. rekli su mi da su obradili povraćaj sredstava i da će mi stići za 2-3 radna dana. Dali su mi ID transakcije i referentne kodove koje je moja banka smatrala lažnim. Njihov tim za usklađenost je prestao da odgovara na moje imejlove u vezi sa ažuriranjima, a ako jesu, bio je veoma nepristojan i neodređen. Iznenada, kada su istekla tri radna dana, TrustDice je počeo da tvrdi da transfer može potrajati do 5 dana. Moja banka je rekla da ovakve transakcije ne bi trebalo da traju više od 3 dana.
Prošlo je više od 4 radna dana i TrustDice neće odgovoriti ni na jednu moju poruku. Još uvek nemam traga svom novcu, a na Trustpilotu je bilo više recenzija koje navode da ljudi u poslednje vreme nisu dobili novac od Trustdice-a.

TrustDice agreed to refund the deposits I had made via card due to the fact that their company uses third party vendors as payment recipients to circumvent gambling blocks. These companies are not listed as gambling websites and thus enabled me to deposit 821 EUR on TrustDice despite gambling blocks enforced by VISA and my bank due to mental illness.
TrustDice agreed to refund the whole sum and told me they proceeded to do such on Friday, the 24th of January. On monday the 27th they told me they had processed the refund and that it would reach me in 2-3 business days. They provided me transaction IDs and reference codes that my bank deemed fake. Their compliance team stopped answering to my emails regarding updates and if they did, was very rude and vague. Suddenly, when three business days were up, TrustDice started claiming that the transfer could take up to 5 days. My bank said that these kind of transactions shouldn't take more than 3 days.
It has now been over 4 business days and TrustDice will not answer any of my messages. I still have no sign of my money, and there have been multiple reviews on Trustpilot that state that people have not gotten money from Trustdice as of late.
