Podnosim zvaničnu žalbu u vezi sa ozbiljnim kršenjem obaveza odgovornog igranja od strane operatera Twin Casino, licenciranog od strane Anjouan Gaming Authority – broj licence ALSI-202410001-FI1.
Dana 2–3. novembra 2025. godine, izvršio sam nekoliko depozita na svoj Twin Casino nalog nakon što sam zatražio sedmodnevnu pauzu putem alata za odgovorno igranje koje je obezbedio operater.
Iako je tim za podršku potvrdio da je sedmodnevna pauza primenjena, kasnije sam otkrio da se ova pauza može lako ukloniti — bez ikakvog upozorenja, potvrde ili perioda čekanja.
U stvari, nisam ni primetio da je ograničenje ukinuto dok se nisam ponovo prijavio na svoj nalog i mogao odmah ponovo da uplatim novac i igram.
Ova situacija pokazuje da mehanizam odgovornog igranja nije pravilno primenjen.
Privremena pauza ili period samoisključenja ne sme biti reverzibilan pre isteka izabranog vremena, jer to poništava svrhu zaštite igrača.
Štaviše, potvrdio sam da se ograničenja depozita i gubitaka takođe mogu odmah ukloniti ili povećati, bez odlaganja od 24 sata pre nego što promene stupe na snagu. Ovo potpuno potkopava zaštitne mere odgovornog igranja koje se očekuje od licenciranih operatera.
Uprkos tome što sam pokrenuo ovo pitanje sa Tvin kazinom, operater je odgovorio navodeći da nije došlo do kršenja odgovornog igranja jer sam zatražio „privremenu pauzu", a ne „samoisključenje".
Međutim, problem nije oznaka funkcije, već neuspeh pauze da funkcioniše kao prava zaštitna mera.
Stoga zahtevam da Uprava za igre na sreću u Anžuanu:
Ispitajte ovaj slučaj kao potencijalno kršenje obaveza odgovornog igranja;
Naložiti povraćaj depozita uplaćenih 2. i 3. novembra 2025. godine, nakon što je zatražena pauza;
Obezbediti sprovođenje odgovarajućih standarda zaštite igrača od strane nosioca licence.

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding a serious breach of responsible gaming obligations by the operator Twin Casino, licensed under Anjouan Gaming Authority – License No. ALSI-202410001-FI1.
On November 2–3, 2025, I made several deposits into my Twin Casino account after requesting a 7-day cool-off (pause) through the responsible gaming tools provided by the operator.
Although the support team confirmed that the 7-day cool-off had been applied, I later discovered that this pause could be easily removed — without any warning, confirmation, or waiting period.
In fact, I did not even notice that the cool-off had been lifted until I logged back into my account and was able to deposit and play again immediately.
This situation shows that the responsible gaming mechanism was not properly enforced.
A temporary pause or self-exclusion period must not be reversible before the chosen time expires, as this defeats the purpose of player protection.
Furthermore, I verified that deposit and loss limits can also be removed or increased instantly, with no 24-hour delay before changes take effect. This completely undermines the responsible gaming safeguards that licensed operators are expected to maintain.
Despite raising this matter with Twin Casino, the operator replied stating that no violation of responsible gaming occurred because I had requested a "temporary pause" and not a "self-exclusion."
However, the issue is not the label of the feature but the failure of the pause to function as a real protective measure.
I therefore request that the Anjouan Gaming Authority:
Investigate this case as a potential breach of responsible gaming obligations;
Order a refund of the deposits made on November 2–3, 2025, after the pause was requested;
Ensure enforcement of proper player protection standards by the licensee.
