Dana 04. januara 2026. godine, otprilike u 00:36, igrao sam igru „Vrata Olimpa" na veb stranici kazina Tuccobet koristeći svoj pravi novac (bez bonusa, bez besplatnih okretaja).
Uložio sam ukupno 24.000 TRY i ostvario MAKSIMALNI DOBITAK od 3.600.000 TRY. Odmah nakon pobede, kontaktirao sam podršku uživo i podelio snimke ekrana koji dokazuju pobedu. Kazino je zatražio video sa igre, koji sam takođe dostavio.
Ubrzo nakon toga, moj nalog je ograničen, a kasnije i efikasno blokiran. Od tada, kazino je odbio da obradi moju isplatu i nije pružio nikakvo jasno ili validno obrazloženje. Njihovi odgovori su ili kontradiktorni ili potpuno odsutni.
U potpunosti sam ispunio sve zahteve, nisam prekršio nikakve uslove i odredbe i nisam koristio nikakve bonuse. Uprkos tome, kazino nezakonito zadržava moje legitimne dobitke.

On 04 January 2026, at approximately 00:36, I played the game "Gates of Olympus" on the Tuccobet casino website using my own real money balance (no bonus, no free spins).
I placed a total bet of 24,000 TRY and achieved a MAX WIN of 3,600,000 TRY. Immediately after the win, I contacted live support and shared screenshots proving the win. The casino requested a gameplay video, which I also provided.
Shortly after that, my account was restricted and later effectively blocked. Since then, the casino has refused to process my withdrawal and has not provided any clear or valid justification. Their responses are either contradictory or completely absent.
I fully complied with all requests, did not violate any terms and conditions, and used no bonuses. Despite this, the casino is unlawfully withholding my legitimate winnings.
This situation strongly indicates unfair treatment of the player and potential fraudulent behavior. I am requesting Casino Guru’s assistance to mediate this dispute and help recover my winnings.
