Zatvorio sam svoj nalog kod Vegas hero zbog bezbednijeg kockanja. Poslao sam više imejlova sa zahtevom za ovo jer su zahtevi jednostavno bili ignorisani. Pre nego što je moj nalog zatvoren, imao sam čekajuću isplatu od 127 funti. Nakon zatvaranja, dobio sam imejl u kojem je pisalo da je moja isplata otkazana i sada nevažeća jer je moj nalog zatvoren.
Posebno sam tražio da se moje povlačenje izvrši pre zaključenja, što nije učinjeno.
Osporavam ovo i zahtevam povraćaj novca jer moj zahtev nije odobren, a oni potpuno ignorišu pitanje. Sada čekam 3 nedelje otkako sam poslao imejl o ovome i poslao sam 5/6 imejlova u tom periodu i dobijam isti odgovor: „Slučaj je u nadležnom odeljenju i ispituje se". Rečeno mi je da je više puta eskalirano, ali i dalje nema pomaka.
Molim vas, možete li ovo da pokrenete, jer samo želim da se ova situacija reši. Nije u pitanju mnogo novca, tako da nisam siguran zašto postaje toliki problem. Samo želim svoj novac koji sam osvojio. Hvala.

I have closed my account with Vegas hero due to safer gambling. I sent multiple emails in to request this as the requests were just getting ignored. Before my account was closed, I had a pending withdrawal of £127. Upon closure, I got an emails saying my withdrawal was cancelled and now void as my account was closed.
I specifically asked for my withdrawal to be actioned before my closure, to which it wasn’t.
I am disputing this and requesting a refund as my request was not granted and they completely ignore the question. I have now been waiting 3 weeks since my my email about this and have sent 5/6 emails within this period and I get the same answer, "it’s with the relevant department and being looked into". I’ve been told it’s been escalated multiple times, but still no movement.
Please can you chase this as I just want this situation resolved. It’s not a lot of money so I’m not sure why it’s becoming such an issue. I just want my funds I won. Thanks.
