Imajte u vidu da svi zahtevi za povlačenje sredstava podležu internim proverama i procedurama verifikacije, koje su standardna praksa i primenjuju se na svaku isplatu. Kao što je navedeno u Odeljku 5 Uslova i odredbi, provere identiteta, načina plaćanja i bezbednosti mogu se izvršiti i pre i posle depozita i/ili zahteva za povlačenje sredstava, a njihovo trajanje nije fiksno, jer zavisi od okolnosti i složenosti svakog slučaja.
Iako se ove provere obično završavaju u kraćem roku, u nekim slučajevima su potrebni dodatni pregledi pre nego što se pokrene formalni zahtev za dokumentaciju. Kada je utvrđeno da je potrebna dokumentacija za nastavak, igrač je obavešten putem interfejsa naloga, a 12. decembra je poslato obaveštenje putem e-pošte sa obaveštenjem o zahtevu za verifikaciju.
Radi jasnoće, dokumenti koji se traže u ovom slučaju su sledeći:
-Lična karta izdata od strane vlade (obe strane)
-Selfi
-Dokaz o vlasništvu nad kripto novčanikom sa imenom igrača
-Selfi sa ličnom kartom, sa veb-sajtom vidljivim u pozadini
-Dokaz o depozitu
Povlačenja su trenutno na čekanju zbog tekućeg procesa verifikacije. Nakon što se otpreme tražena dokumenta i verifikacija završi, nadležno odeljenje će obraditi slučaj sa prioritetom.
Razumemo zabrinutost igrača i želimo da uverimo sve strane da se proces verifikacije sprovodi u skladu sa važećim Uslovima i odredbama i da je transparentno saopšten nakon što je zahtev za dokumentom pokrenut.

Please note that all withdrawal requests are subject to internal checks and verification procedures, which are standard practice and apply to every payout. As outlined in Section 5 of the Terms and Conditions, identity, payment method, and security checks may be carried out both before and after deposits and/or withdrawal requests, and their duration is not fixed, as it depends on the circumstances and complexity of each case.
While these checks are usually completed within a shorter timeframe, in some cases additional reviews are required before a formal document request is triggered. Once it was determined that documentation was required to proceed, the player was notified via the account interface, and an email notification was sent on December 12 informing them of the verification request.
For clarity, the documents requested in this case are the following:
-Government-issued ID (both sides)
-A selfie
-Proof of ownership of the crypto wallet showing the player’s name
-A selfie holding the ID, with the website visible in the background
-Proof of deposit
The withdrawals are currently pending due to the ongoing verification process. Once the requested documents are uploaded and the verification is completed, the case will be processed with priority by the relevant department.
