Žalba protiv Vegasina – Ponovljeno kršenje samoisključenja i zahtev za povraćaj novca

Želeo bih da podnesem formalnu žalbu protiv kazina Vegasino zbog ponovljenog neuspeha u sprovođenju mog samoisključenja.
Dana 24.05.2025. godine, zatražio sam da budem samoisključen sa svog naloga zbog razloga odgovornog kockanja. Uprkos ovom zahtevu, 26.03.2026. godine moj nalog je i dalje bio u potpunosti dostupan, što mi je omogućavalo da uplaćujem sredstva i nastavim sa kockanjem.
Kao direktna posledica ovog kršenja, izgubio sam približno 1.300 evra nakon mog zahteva za samoisključenje.
Ovo nije izolovan incident. Slično kršenje pravila se dogodilo i u prošlosti, gde Vegasino nije sproveo moje samoisključenje i na kraju je priznao svoju grešku vraćanjem novca. Činjenica da se ovo ponovo dogodilo pokazuje obrazac nemarnosti i nepoštovanja osnovnih standarda zaštite igrača.
Dozvoljavanje samoisključenom igraču da nastavi sa kockanjem predstavlja ozbiljno kršenje principa odgovornog kockanja. Kazino je imao jasnu obavezu da mi odmah blokira nalog nakon mog zahteva.

Complaint Against Vegasino – Repeated Self-Exclusion Breach and Refund Request

I would like to submit a formal complaint against Vegasino Casino regarding a repeated failure to enforce my self-exclusion.
On 24/05/2025, I requested to be self-excluded from my account due to responsible gambling reasons. Despite this request, on 26/03/2026 my account was still fully accessible, allowing me to deposit and continue gambling.
As a direct result of this breach, I lost approximately €1,300 after my self-exclusion request.
