The player from Poland had a verified account at VerdeCasino but was unable to withdraw her funds, including funds from her deposits. Instead of allowing the withdrawal, her account was blocked, and she received a proposal to cancel her entire balance to unblock it, which she believed misappropriated her funds. The Complaints Team communicated that they could not intervene further due to a lack of expertise in evaluating disputes related to sports betting, and thus, the complaint was closed without resolution.

Nakon što sam podneo i uspešno verifikovao sva potrebna dokumenta za verifikaciju, neočekivano sam, umesto mogućnosti isplate, dobio informaciju da je moj nalog blokiran (što onemogućava naručivanje isplate sredstava na njemu) zajedno sa bizarnim predlogom da se ceo saldo poništi u zamenu za deblokiranje naloga, što je ne samo u suprotnosti sa propisima kazina, koje sam prihvatio prilikom registracije, već pre svega predstavlja i neopravdano prisvajanje sredstava igrača od depozita koji su tamo uplaćeni. I am unable to accept the cancellation of the remaining balance as this is not according to the rules from VerdeCasino. Furthermore balance contains only real money funds included also my deposits and its confiscation by VerdeCasino would be against the VerdeCasino rules, which I have accepted. According to the mentioned point 2.13. from rules, the account can remain blocked, but in order for everything to proceed according to the rules, all real money funds should be paid out as this point not allowing on misappropriates funds of player.
