Podnosim ovu žalbu protiv kazina Very Well jer me namerno sprečavaju da povučem svoj puni legitimni dobitak.
1. Osvojio/la sam 3.000 funti pravog novca (bez iskorišćenog bonusa, bez kršenja pravila, fer-plej).
2. Njihovi zvanični uslovi i odredbe jasno navode: Maksimalno povlačenje = 2.000 funti dnevno.
3. Međutim, njihov sistem me zaključava na SAMO 400 funti po transakciji, i moram da čekam 48 sati između svakog povlačenja.
4. Ovim tempom biće potrebno 15–18 dana da se dobije svih 3.000 funti — ali njihovi uslovi takođe kažu „svaki saldo koji nije povučen u roku od 30 dana, ili ako nije bilo depozita u poslednjih 30 dana, biće konfiskovan". Ovo je predatorski, obmanjujući način i osmišljeno je da im omogući da mi ukradu novac.

Hello Casino Guru team,
I am filing this complaint against Very Well Casino because they are deliberately stopping me from withdrawing my full legitimate winnings.
1. I won £3,000 real money (no bonus used, no rule breaches, fair play).
2. Their official Terms & Conditions clearly state: Maximum withdrawal = £2,000 per day.
3. However, their system locks me to ONLY £400 per transaction, and I have to wait 48 hours between each withdrawal.
4. At this rate it will take 15–18 days to get all £3,000 — but their terms also say "any balance not withdrawn within 30 days, or if no deposit in last 30 days, will be confiscated". This is predatory, misleading, and designed to let them steal my money.
5. I am a UK player — they hold NO valid UKGC license, so I have no official protection except your help.
6. My account is fully verified / I have sent all KYC documents.
7. I have already requested my first £400 withdrawal, but I am terrified they will stall until the 30 days are up and take the rest.
What I want:
• Force them to raise my limit to their stated £2,000/day OR pay the full £3,000 in one go.
• Get written guarantee my funds will NOT be confiscated while I withdraw.
