Pišem vam da bih podneo zvaničnu žalbu protiv Vox Casino (voxcasino.com), kojim upravlja Udwin BV, kompanija osnovana u skladu sa zakonima Kurasaa sa matičnim brojem 147117 i licencirana od strane Uprave za igre na sreću Kurasaa za nuđenje igara na sreću pod brojem licence 8048/JAZ2023-044 u skladu sa Nacionalnom uredbom o igrama na sreću

Hteli su fotografiju prve uplate na račun, koju sam tražio - našao sam je i poslao + KYC stvari itd.
05.08.2025 - Tu počinju prvi problemi, zatražio sam isplatu od oko 4.000 PLN, i nakon određenog vremena čekanja od 5 dana, dobio sam imejl u kojem mi je rečeno da rasporedim isplate 10 puta po 500 PLN jer bi njihov „platni sistem mogao nekako da ih odbije".
23.08.2025 - Primio sam obaveštenje putem imejla od VOX-kazina koje je dokumentovano: Vaše povlačenje sredstava je privremeno suspendovano. Vaš nalog se pregleda zbog eventualnih prekršaja. Nakon završetka verifikacije, vaše povlačenje će se automatski nastaviti.
Nažalost, ne možemo dati tačno vreme čekanja. Čim se verifikacija završi, vaše povlačenje će biti obrađeno.

29.08.2025 - Primio sam informacije putem imejla od VOX-kazina:
Preporučujemo da povlačenje sredstava podelite na nekoliko zahteva, od kojih svaki ne prelazi 200 PLN. Ovo je neophodno kako biste bili sigurni da sistem plaćanja neće odbiti zahteve zbog prekoračenja maksimalnog dozvoljenog iznosa za jednu transakciju. Dakle, nakon 6 dana moram da čekam još 5 dana da bih dobio samo (tako da su mi dnevno slali samo 200 PLN).
28.09.2025 - Dobio sam informaciju od konsultanta, a da me nije ni obavestio imejlom, da mi je nalog ponovo suspendovan posle mesec dana (23.08.) i da proveravaju da li moj nalog PONOVO krši propise.
02.10.2025 - Dobijam informaciju da je verifikacija naloga završena i da su depoziti dostupni. Nakon svake „verifikacije i provere naloga", vreme isplate se resetuje. Ovu informaciju sam dobio od dva konsultanta, a dokaz je dostavljen.
Posle jednog dana izvršena je još jedna verifikacija iz istog razloga
03.10.2025 - Vaš nalog je revidiran. Tokom ovog procesa, sve što treba da uradite je da sačekate da se revizija završi. Trajanje praćenja zavisi od broja transakcija koje obavljaju naši stručnjaci. Stoga, jednostavno sačekajte da se proces završi.
Ovo kašnjenje je neprihvatljivo i jasno krši razumne rokove obrade povlačenja utvrđene propisima i protivno je politici davaoca licence - Kurasao.

23.08.2025 - I received information by email from VOX-casino which is documented: Your withdrawal has been temporarily suspended. Your account is being reviewed for any violations. Once verification is complete, your withdrawal will automatically resume.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide an exact waiting time. As soon as verification is complete, your withdrawal will be processed.

29.08.2025 - I received information by email from VOX-casino :
We recommend dividing the withdrawal into several requests, each of which does not exceed PLN 200. This is necessary to ensure that the payment system does not reject them due to exceeding the maximum amount allowed for one transaction. So after 6days i have to wait another ( 5 ~days) to get a only ( so they daily sent me only 200PLN)
28.09.2025 - I received information from a consultant without even being informed by e-mail that my account is suspended again after a month (23/08) and they are checking whether my account is violating the regulations AGAIN
02.10.2025 - I receive information that the account verification has ended and deposits are available. After each "account verification and check," the withdrawal time is reset. I received this information from two consultants, the proof provided
After a day another verification was made the same reason
03.10.2025 - Your account has been audited. During this process, all you need to do is wait for the audit to complete. The duration of the monitoring depends on the number of transactions performed by our experts. Therefore, simply wait for the process to complete.
This delay is unacceptable and clearly violates the reasonable withdrawal processing times set out in the regulations and is against the policy of the license provider - Curacao
I kindly request you to initiate an investigation into this matter to resolve this matter.
