Pišem vam da bih podneo zvaničnu žalbu protiv Vox Casino (voxcasino.com), kojim upravlja Udwin BV, kompanija osnovana u skladu sa zakonima Kurasaa sa matičnim brojem 147117 i licencirana od strane Uprave za igre na sreću Kurasaa za nuđenje igara na sreću pod brojem licence OGL/2024/817/0708 u skladu sa Nacionalnom uredbom o igrama na sreću (Landsverordening op de kansspelen, PB 2024, br. 157).
Zatražio/la sam četiri povlačenja na:
1x 11. jun 2025.
3x 12. jun 2025.
Ukupno preko 11000 PLN
Moj nalog je potpuno verifikovan 17. juna 2025. godine.
Od tada sam kontaktirao podršku Vox Casino-a putem ćaskanja uživo i imejla desetine puta. Svaki put sam dobijao isti generički odgovor: „Vaš nalog još uvek pregleda finansijsko odeljenje." Nije postignut nikakav dalji napredak.
Od danas, **15. jula 2025.**, prošlo je više od **30 dana od mog prvog zahteva za povlačenje**, a sredstva nisu primljena niti je jasno objašnjenje.
Ovo kašnjenje je neprihvatljivo i jasno krši razumna vremena obrade povlačenja navedena u njihovim sopstvenim uslovima i regulatornim očekivanjima Kurasaa.
Ljubazno vas molim da intervenišete i pokrenete formalnu istragu ili posredovanje kako bi se rešio ovaj problem.
U prilogu su snimci ekrana mojih zahteva za povlačenje sredstava i razgovora sa podrškom za vašu referencu. Molim vas da potvrdite prijem ove žalbe i obavestite me ako je potrebna dodatna dokumentacija.
I am writing to file a formal complaint against Vox Casino (voxcasino.com), operated by Udwin B.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao with Company Number 147117 and licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority to offer games of chance under license number OGL/2024/817/0708 in accordance with the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (Landsverordening op de kansspelen, P.B. 2024, no. 157).
I requested four withdrawals on:

3x June 12, 2025
Overall over 11000 PLN
My account was fully verified on June 17, 2025.
Since then, I have contacted Vox Casino support via live chat and email dozens of times. Each time, I received the same generic reply: "Your account is still being reviewed by the financial department." No further progress has been made.
As of today, **July 15, 2025**, it has been over **30 days since my first withdrawal request**, with no funds received and no clear explanation.
This delay is unacceptable and clearly violates reasonable withdrawal processing times stated in their own terms and Curaçao regulatory expectations.
I kindly ask you to intervene and initiate a formal investigation or mediation to resolve this matter.
