Želeo bih da pružim detaljne informacije o mojoj situaciji sa povlačenjem sredstava.
Ukupan iznos koji pokušavam da podignem sada je 25.355,32 evra. Sa trenutnim tempom i strukturom od 200 evra po transakciji, zabrinut sam da bi ovaj proces mogao da traje izuzetno dugo, potencijalno mnogo meseci ili čak i više od godinu dana.
Da razjasnim kompletnu vremensku liniju:
Dana 10. februara, prvobitno sam zatražio povlačenje 27.144 evra i obavešten sam da proces može trajati do 14 dana.
Do 24. februara nisam primio nikakvu uplatu. Nakon što sam kontaktirao podršku, prvo sam obavešten o kašnjenju, a kasnije da je moj nalog stavljen pod administrativni pregled, koji je trajao do 3. marta.
Trećeg marta sam primio imejl sa uputstvom da otkažem isplatu i podnesem zahteve u koracima od 200 evra kako bi ih njihov sistem mogao obraditi.
6. marta sam podneo 23 zahteva za povlačenje od po 200 evra (ne svih 100+ transakcija potrebnih za ukupan saldo).
7. marta sam primio svoju prvu isplatu od 200 evra, a narednih 6 dana sam primao po jednu isplatu dnevno.
Do 12. marta sam primio ukupno 1.200 evra.
13. marta, nakon što nisam primio uplatu, kontaktirao sam podršku i ponovo sam obavešten da je moj nalog pod administrativnim pregledom.
16. marta su se nastavile isplate, a ja sam primao po jednu uplatu dnevno 16, 17. i 18. marta.
Ukupno sam od 10. februara (uključujući i nakon KYC-a i prethodnih pregleda), primio 1.800 evra.
Međutim:
19. marta nisam primio nikakvu isplatu.
20. marta ponovo nisam primio nikakvu isplatu.
Nakon što sam kontaktirao podršku, još jednom sam obavešten da je moj nalog pod administrativnim pregledom.
Ovo me veoma zabrinjava, jer sam već prošao kroz više administrativnih provera (ovo je sada treći put). Nakon prethodnih provera, isplate su uspešno nastavljene, ali proces se stalno prekida dodatnim proverama.
Ovaj ponavljajući obrazac administrativnih pregleda značajno odlaže celokupni proces povlačenja i pokreće zabrinutost u vezi sa tim da li se povlačenja obrađuju na pravedan i razuman način.
S obzirom na to da su isplate ograničene na 200 evra po transakciji i da se administrativne provere stalno ponavljaju, želeo bih da pitam:
Kako da podignem ceo iznos pod ovim uslovima? Ovim tempom, deluje nerealno i nerazumno dugo.

I would like to provide a detailed update regarding my withdrawal situation.
The total amount I am trying to withdraw now is €25,355.32. At the current pace and structure of €200 per transaction, I am concerned that this process could take an extremely long time, potentially many months or even over a year.
To clarify the full timeline:
On February 10, I initially requested a withdrawal of €27,144 and was informed that the process could take up to 14 days.
By February 24, I had not received any payment. After contacting support, I was first informed about a delay, and later that my account was placed under administrative review, which lasted until March 3.
On March 3, I received an email instructing me to cancel my withdrawal and submit requests in €200 increments so their system could process them.
On March 6, I submitted 23 withdrawal requests of €200 each (not the full 100+ transactions required for the total balance).
On March 7, I received my first €200 payout, and for the next 6 days I received one payment per day.
By March 12, I had received a total of €1,200.
On March 13, after not receiving a payment, I contacted support and was again informed that my account was under administrative review.
On March 16, withdrawals resumed, and I received one payment per day on March 16, 17, and 18.
In total, since February 10 (including after KYC and previous reviews), I have received €1,800.
However:
On March 19, I did not receive any payout.
On March 20, I again did not receive any payout.
After contacting support, I was once again informed that my account is under administrative review.
This is very concerning to me, because I have already gone through multiple administrative reviews (this is now the third time). After previous reviews, withdrawals resumed successfully, but the process keeps being interrupted again by additional reviews.
This repeated pattern of administrative reviews significantly delays the overall withdrawal process and raises concerns about whether the withdrawals are being processed in a fair and reasonable manner.
Given that withdrawals are limited to €200 per transaction and administrative reviews keep repeating, I would like to ask:
How am I supposed to withdraw my full balance under these conditions? At this pace, it seems unrealistic and unreasonably long.
I kindly ask Casino Guru to review whether this repeated review process and withdrawal limitation are fair, and to help clarify a reasonable timeframe for completing my withdrawals.
