I'm having a problem verifying my account. I won a fairly large sum, and the casino is asking me for proof of a deposit of 2,000 PLN.

I have submitted this proof of payment approximately 28 times, but my verification is rejected every time. At this point, I don't know what else to do.

I have the impression that Vox Casino is deliberately using this method to delay the payout of my winnings.

I therefore kindly request your support and assistance in solving this problem.

ich habe ein Problem mit der Verifizierung meines Kontos. Ich habe einen recht hohen Betrag gewonnen, und das Casino verlangt von mir einen Nachweis über eine Einzahlung in Höhe von 2.000 PLN.

Ich habe diesen Zahlungsnachweis bereits etwa 28 Mal eingereicht, doch meine Verifizierung wird jedes Mal abgelehnt. Inzwischen weiß ich nicht mehr, was ich noch tun soll.

Ich habe den Eindruck, dass Vox Casino diese Vorgehensweise bewusst anwendet, um die Auszahlung meiner Gewinne zu verzögern.

I have forwarded my previous correspondence with Vox Casino to you via email.

Currently, the casino requires bank confirmation with an original stamp. However, my bank account is held with Revolut, and Revolut does not use physical stamps. Instead, the bank statements are digitally authenticated.

I have informed the casino and already submitted the requested documents. I have also attached a screenshot of a conversation with a Revolut employee confirming that the bank does not issue bank statements with an original stamp.

Derzeit verlangt das Casino eine Bankbestätigung mit einem Originalstempel. Mein Bankkonto wird jedoch bei Revolut geführt, und Revolut verwendet keine physischen Stempel. Die Kontoauszüge sind stattdessen mit einer digitalen Echtheitsbestätigung versehen.

Ich habe das Casino darüber informiert und die angeforderten Dokumente bereits eingereicht. Zusätzlich habe ich einen Screenshot des Gesprächs mit einem Mitarbeiter von Revolut beigefügt, in dem bestätigt wird, dass die Bank keine Kontoauszüge mit einem Originalstempel ausstellt.
