Uplatio sam 100 evra u ovom kazinu nakon što sam video promociju u kojoj se navodi da će, ako igrač uplati 100 evra i postavi opkladu sa kvotom od 1,5 ili većom, biti odobren bonus.
Nakon uplate, postavio sam svoju prvu kvalifikacionu opkladu u skladu sa zahtevima promocije. Opklada je izgubljena. Odmah nakon što je ova prva opklada izmirena, kazino je iznenada ograničio moj račun.
U tom trenutku, na mom računu je još uvek bilo približno 130 evra (depozit i/ili bonus sredstva). Međutim, kazino mi je blokirao račun i sprečio me da podignem preostala sredstva i nastavim da igram.
Ograničili su opklade na 0,5 evra i rekli su mi da bih mogao da podignem novac, treba da uložim 1200 evra koristeći koeficijent od 0,5, što je otprilike 2500 opklada za manje od mesec dana.
Nekoliko puta sam kontaktirao podršku kazina da bih zatražio pojašnjenje i rešenje ili povraćaj novca. Nažalost, operater je ili ignorisao moju komunikaciju ili je odbio da pruži jasno objašnjenje za ograničenje i blokirani saldo.
Verujem da je ova situacija nepravedna jer:
Pratio sam uslove promocije uplatom od 100 evra i postavljanjem potrebne opklade.
Moj nalog je bio blokiran odmah nakon prve opklade.
Moj preostali iznos od 130 evra je zaključan bez jasnog obrazloženja.
I deposited €100 at this casino after seeing a promotion stating that if a player deposits €100 and places a bet with odds of 1.5 or higher, a bonus would be granted.
After depositing, I placed my first qualifying bet according to the promotion requirements. The bet lost. Immediately after this first bet was settled, my account was suddenly restricted by the casino.
At that moment, I still had approximately €130 remaining in my account balance (deposit and/or bonus funds). However, the casino blocked my account and prevented me from both withdrawing the remaining funds and continuing to play.
They limited the bets to 0.5 eur and told me that in order to withdraw I should bet 1200 euros using 0.5 bets, which is approximatly placing 2500 bets in less than 1 month
I contacted the casino support several times to request clarification and resolution or refund. Unfortunately, the operator either ignored my communications or refused to provide a clear explanation for the restriction and the blocked balance.
I believe this situation is unfair because:
I followed the promotion requirements by depositing €100 and placing the required bet.
My account was restricted immediately after the first bet.
My remaining balance of €130 has been locked without a clear justification.
