U nastavku sam naveo hronologiju imejlova između mene i Vajld Robina.
Moji zahtevi za zatvaranje naloga su zapravo počeli 18. marta 2025. godine. Velika većina njih je ignorisana uprkos mojim ponovljenim zahtevima i objašnjenjima moje zavisnosti od kockanja. Kada sam dobio odgovor 18. marta, potvrdio sam da zahtevam da mi se nalog zatvori.
Nakon ovoga je stiglo više imejlova sa zahtevom za zatvaranje računa, koji su ignorisani sve dok nisu ponovo odgovorili 7. maja. Zbog ignorisanja sam izgubio veliku sumu. Odgovorio sam im 7. maja rekavši da zatvaranje računa više nije potrebno, a razlog za to je što je na računu postojala suma novca koju sam pokušavao da podignem, a koju bi poništili da sam se u to vreme složio sa zatvaranjem računa.
Dana 23. maja sam potvrdio da želim da se račun zatvori sa trenutnim dejstvom; ovo je ignorisano do 5. juna, što je dovelo do gubitka daljih iznosa.
Nije bilo komunikacije sa Divljim Robinom između 9. aprila i 7. maja.
Nisam odgovorio na imejl od 5. juna jer sam odlučio da ovo pitanje direktno pokrenem kod Casino Guru-a. Wild Robin je očigledno delovao u lošoj veri, znali su da sam zavisnik od kockanja, odbijali su da mi zatvore račun duže vreme i prihvatali su višestruke depozite.
Svi originalni imejlovi su u imejl lancima koje sam vam poslao, ali mogu ih ponovo poslati ako je potrebno.

Tri puta sam tražio/tražila da mi se zatvori nalog, ali ste to odbili. Tražio/tražila sam to zbog zavisnosti od kockanja. Sva tri zahteva za zatvaranje naloga mogu da dokažem imejlovima koje sam poslao/poslala. Zbog vašeg odbijanja mojih zahteva, danas sam potrošio/potrošila više novca na vašoj platformi, što ne bih mogao/mogla da uradim da ste mi odobrili zahteve. Molim vas, zatvorite mi nalog. Mnogo puta sam vas zamolio da to uradite, ali nisam dobio odgovor. Ovo se dešava uprkos tome što sam vam rekao da sam zavisnik od kockanja, a vi i dalje uzimate moj novac. Zašto odbijate da to uradite ili da odgovorite? To je potpuno neetično.

I have set out a chronology below of the emails between myself and Wild Robin.
My account closure requests actually began on 18 March 25. The vast majority of these were ignored despite my repeated requests and explanation of my gambling addiction. When I did receive a response on18th March I confirmed that I required my account to be closed.
There were multiple emails after this asking for account closure which were ignored until they responded again on 7th May, due to being ignored I lost a large sum. I replied to them on 7th May saying account closure no longer required, the reason for this is there was a sum of money in the account which I was trying to withdraw which they would have voided if I had agreed account closure at that time.
On 23rd May I confirmed I wished for the account to be closed with immediate effect; this was ignored until 5th June leading to further sums being lost.
There was no communication from Wild Robin between 9th April and 7th May.
I have not replied to 5th June email as I have decided to raise this directly with Casino Guru. Wild Robin have clearly acted in bad faith, they knew I was a gambling addict, refused to close my account for long periods of time and accepted multiple deposits.
