Please note that it’s quite common for withdrawals to take several days—or even weeks—to be fully processed. Delays may be caused by unfinished KYC verification, a high volume of withdrawal requests, or other internal processing factors.
For this reason, we advise players to remain patient, fully cooperate with the casino, and wait at least 14 days from the withdrawal request before submitting a complaint.
