Hi, I requested a withdrawal of €114 on Wildsino on September 26th. From October 6th onwards, they no longer let me log in (when I try to log in, I get the error "your account is under review") and on October 8th they asked me to send documents to verify my account.

On October 8th itself, I sent all the requested documents and then I never heard from them again.

Considering I requested the withdrawal on September 26th, it's been almost 17 days and I still haven't received my money.

Salve, io ho richiesto un prelievo da 114€ su Wildsino il 26 Settembre, dal 6 Ottobre in poi non mi fanno più accedere (quando provo ad accedere mi da l'errore "your account is under review") e l'8 Ottobre mi hanno chiesto di inviare i documenti per verificare il mio account.

L'8 Ottobre stesso ho inviato tutti i documenti richiesti e poi non ho più avuto notizie da loro.

Considerando che ho richiesto il prelievo il 26 Settembre, sono passati quasi 17 giorni e ancora non ho ricevuto i miei soldi.

• No, this is the first withdrawal I've requested on Wildsino;
• I don't remember having any active bonuses while playing, I used my real balance.
