Dakle, u suštini, čekam isplatu već skoro mesec dana. Kontaktirao sam ćaskanje uživo skoro svaki dan otkako sam to zatražio i slao sam imejlove više puta, ali nisam dobio nikakav odgovor, a sada više nemam pristup ćaskanju uživo. Priča ide ovako: Jednog dana sam uplatio 20 funti u ovaj kazino, kao i vi, sa bonusom na depozit koji je imao uslove za isplatu, i kao takav, vredi svake igre koju igrate, daje vam upozorenje da još uvek imate iznos koji treba da uložite. Dakle, u početku sam mislio da je čudno što je prošlo 3 dana, pa sam malo istraživao na mreži, samo da bih otkrio da je ovaj kazino zapravo poznat po tome što ne isplaćuje ljudima, navodno su neki ljudi ranije bili isplaćeni od njih, ali to je veoma retko i dešava se samo kada ih progone i podnesu se žalbe protiv njih itd..., pa sam odlučio da ih progonim, sa dnevnim ažuriranjima pitajući šta se dešava, samo da bi agenti za ćaskanje uživo samo ponavljali da je za isplatu potrebno 7-21 dan, što je samo po sebi zaista neobično za kazino, tako da sam svakog dana na ćaskanju uživo dobijao isti odgovor, i poslao sam im 3 imejla, u kojima sam dobio jedan odgovor, samo na moj početni imejl u kojem su rekli potpuno istu stvar. Hteo sam samo da sačekam i nadam se da će me jednog dana isplatiti, ali mislim da je to malo verovatno, a pošto uopšte ne komuniciraju i sada su mi oduzeli pristup funkciji ćaskanja uživo, pomislio sam da je podnošenje žalbe najbolji način da se stvari urade. Još uvek se nadam jer tehnički nije prošlo još 21 radni dan, već samo 14, tako da za 7 radnih dana očekujem neki oblik komunikacije od njih, ali još uvek nisam siguran. Imam snimke ekrana jednog od mojih ćaskanja uživo sa njima i mogu da obezbedim snimke ekrana iz imejla ako je potrebno. Nisam sasvim siguran da li vi možete uopšte da pomognete, ali sam pomislio da vredi podneti žalbu jer bi to moglo da odvrati više ljudi od korišćenja ovog kazina, jer postoji mnogo boljih i iskreno, ovo je bio najgori koji sam ikada koristio.
So essentially, I have been waiting for a withdrawal for the better part of a month now. I’ve contacted live chat almost every day since I requested it and have emailed multiple times, and have received no response, and now I no longer have access to live chat. The story goes like this: I deposited £20 one day onto this casino, as you do, with a deposit bonus that had withdrawal requirements, and as such, worth every game you go onto, it gives you the prompt to say that you have an amount still required to wager. After hours on this casino and many many spins later, I hit big on a slot and decided to cash out, and as the prompt has now gone and I figured it’s a regular casino that would work like most I’ve ever used, I decided to withdraw £700 of the £800 in my account and continued playing with my remaining £100 for another hour or two. Essentially my issue is this, i made this withdrawal on the 10th of June, nearly 3 weeks ago to the day. Most casinos would do security checks and if everything was good, it’d be paid out quickly, sometimes as quickly as 24 hours, sometimes at the longest maybe 2-3 days. So intitially I thought it was weird that it’d been 3 days so I did some online research, only to find that this casino is actually notorious for not paying people, allegedly some people have been paid by them before but it’s very rare and only happens when they get chased down and have complaints filed against them etc…, so I decided to chase them, with daily updates asking about what was going on, only for the live chat agents to just repeat that it takes 7-21 days for withdrawals, which in itself is really unusual for a casino, so every day on the live chats I got the same response, and I sent them 3 emails, in which I got one response, only to my initial email with them saying the exact same thing. I was just going to wait and hope they’d pay me out one day, but I don’t think that’s likely at all, and as they’re not communicating at all and they’ve now taken away my access to the live chat feature, I figured making a complaint is the best way forward, I’m still holding out hope as it technically hasn’t been 21 working days yet, only 14, so in 7 working days I expect some form of communication from them but I’m still unsure. I have screenshots of one of my live chats with them and can provide email screenshots if necessary. I’m not entirely sure if you guys can help at all, but I figured it’s worth submitting a complaint as it may deter more people from using this casino as there’s many better ones out there and honestly this has been the worst one I’ve ever used.
