Kazino je otkazao pet zahteva za povlačenje sredstava u proteklih nedelju dana, navodeći promenljive i konfliktne zahteve za način plaćanja, uprkos tome što je račun u potpunosti KYC verifikovan i depoziti su ispunili propisani obrt. Ovaj zahtev je funkcionalno nemoguć i predstavlja jasnu prepreku loše vere, jer kazino posluje uz punu svesnost norveških propisa o kockanju i bankarskih ograničenja u vezi sa direktnim transferima sredstava za onlajn kockanje.
Molim za hitno posredovanje kompanije Casino Guru kako bi se Winsane primorao da obradi isplatu na jedan od verifikovanih načina depozita (poželjno MiFinity ili Revolut) ili putem standardnog, održivog provajdera plaćanja treće strane koji nije zabranjen norveškim bankarskim zakonima. Zahtevam hitnu isplatu mojih sredstava bez daljih proizvoljnih zahteva za KYC ili dodatnih zahteva za promet.

I request Casino Guru's immediate mediation to compel Winsane to process the withdrawal to one of the verified deposit methods (preferably MiFinity or Revolut), or via a standard, viable third-party payment provider that is not prohibited by Norwegian banking laws. I demand the immediate release of my funds without further arbitrary KYC demands or additional turnover requirements.
