Želeo/la bih da podnesem žalbu u vezi sa trajnim zatvaranjem mog računa i zadržavanjem preostalog iznosa od približno 760 evra.
Dugogodišnji sam, potpuno verifikovani VIP korisnik na ovoj platformi i tokom vremena sam uplatio značajan broj depozita, koji su ukupno dostigli srednji petocifreni iznos. Moja aktivnost je uvek bila dosledna, a ranije sam uplaćivao i podizao novac bez ikakvih problema.
Iako sam povremeno koristio bonuse u prošlosti, to je bilo retko. Najvažnije je da je sporni iznos (760 evra) generisan iz nedavnog depozita od 250 evra samo uz upotrebu pravog novca, bez ikakvog aktivnog učešća u bonusu.
Nedavno je moj nalog iznenada i trajno zatvoren nakon interne revizije. Jedino objašnjenje koje je dato bilo je nejasno pominjanje kršenja uslova korišćenja, bez navođenja bilo kakvog konkretnog razloga, dokaza ili primera nezakonitog postupanja.

S obzirom na ove činjenice, smatram da je veoma zabrinjavajuće što su i moj račun i moja sredstva uklonjeni bez ikakvog transparentnog obrazloženja.
Potpuni nedostatak objašnjenja, u kombinaciji sa odbijanjem komunikacije, stvara snažan utisak da ova akcija nije zasnovana na jasno dokazanom kršenju, već na proizvoljnoj odluci.
Štaviše, bez jasnog objašnjenja navodnog kršenja, nisam u mogućnosti da razumem, proverim ili odgovorim na optužbu, što me stavlja u značajno nepovoljan položaj.
Ova žalba se ne odnosi ni na jednu konkretnu aktivnost klađenja, već na pravičnost, transparentnost i legitimnost uskraćivanja sredstava pravog novca od verifikovanog dugogodišnjeg klijenta.

While I have occasionally used bonuses in the past, this was rare. Most importantly, the balance in question (€760) was generated from a recent deposit of €250 using real money only, without any active bonus involvement.
Recently, my account was suddenly and permanently closed following an internal review. The only explanation provided was a vague reference to a violation of the terms and conditions, without specifying any concrete reason, evidence, or example of wrongdoing.
My activity on the platform included the regular use of the available services (including sports-related betting features), always in a normal and consistent manner, without any change in behavior compared to previous periods where withdrawals were processed without issue.
In addition, I experienced the following:
Support completely refused to provide any meaningful explanation
No real communication or clarification was offered
I was not given any opportunity to respond or defend myself
The decision was simply declared as final
I have attempted to resolve this directly, but no proper communication channel is made available (no calls, no detailed responses). Every attempt to clarify the situation has been met with generic and repetitive replies.
