Podnosim ovu zvaničnu žalbu u vezi sa mojim nalogom (Yohana1) i ponovljenim tehničkim i administrativnim nepravilnostima koje sam doživeo na vašoj platformi. Ova prepiska predstavlja poslednju priliku za interno rešavanje pre nego što nastavim sa eskalacijom prema relevantnim regulatornim organima i javnim forumima za sporove.
Izjava o problemima
Posedujem video dokaze koji potkrepljuju sledeće ozbiljne zabrinutosti:
• Administrativna kašnjenja i nezakonito mešanje u igru: Ponovljena i neopravdana kašnjenja u odobravanju mojih depozita i isplata, uzrokovana produženim vremenom administrativne obrade, direktno su dovela do merljivih finansijskih gubitaka. Štaviše, dok sam bio u verifikovanoj dobitnoj poziciji – posebno tokom igre Flappy Crash – platforma je doživela prekide koji su me sprečili da nastavim igru ili da zatražim legitimne nagrade. Takvi događaji ukazuju na operativni nemar i pokreću ozbiljnu zabrinutost u vezi sa usklađenošću sa standardima fer igre.
• Odbijen pristup igri: Višestruki slučajevi gde mi je bilo onemogućeno da nastavim igru dok sam bio u pobedničkoj poziciji.
• Nerešene žalbe: Iako sam ranije prijavljivao slične probleme i dobijao nadoknadu u vidu poklona, na moju najnoviju žalbu (podnetu juče) nisam dobio nikakav odgovor.
Regulatorne zabrinutosti
Prema međunarodno priznatim standardima za licenciranje igara na sreću, uključujući one koji se primenjuju u Belizeu i Kurasau, licencirani operateri su dužni da obezbede fer, transparentno, stabilno i tehnički pouzdano okruženje za igre na sreću. Nepoštovanje legitimnih dobitaka ili prekidi sistema koji nesrazmerno stavljaju igrače u nepovoljan položaj mogu predstavljati kršenje obaveza licenciranja i zahteva za usklađenost sa propisima.

Sveobuhvatna revizija mojih igračkih aktivnosti za nedelju koja se završava 21.02.2026.
Potpuna nadoknada depozita izgubljenih kao rezultat tehničkih kvarova i administrativnih kašnjenja.
Poravnanje svih nagrada i dobitaka na koje su uticali dokumentovani sistemski kvarovi.
Formalni pregled moje najnovije žalbe i izdavanje odgovarajuće nadoknade u skladu sa prethodnim rešenjima.
Spreman sam da na zahtev pružim video dokaze koji potkrepljuju moje tvrdnje.
Očekujem brz i suštinski odgovor u navedenom roku. Ukoliko se ne postigne zadovoljavajuće rešenje, nastaviću sa formalnom eskalacijom putem odgovarajućih regulatornih kanala i kanala za rešavanje sporova.
