Da, zapravo imam nekoliko pitanja za predstavnika kompanije Winz, pošto podrška nije odgovorila ni na jedno od njih:
1. Optužba za višestruko korišćenje naloga
Imam samo jedan Winz nalog i u potpunosti sam završio KYC proces. Ako je nešto označeno kao „višestruko", jedino objašnjenje koje mi pada na pamet je da neko u mojoj zgradi takođe ima Winz nalog ili da sam se u nekom trenutku prijavio koristeći javni Wi-Fi. U svakom slučaju, zašto mi nije data šansa ili barem zamoljen da razjasnim ovo? Zašto me nisu zamolili da podnesem dodatnu KYC dokumentaciju, što ne bih imao problema da uradim?
2. Nefer prednost u igranju
Ponovo, jedino što mi pada na pamet je da sam iskoristio njihove promocije sa „Wheel of Winz"-om sa svojim depozitima, ali to su promocije koje nudi Winz. Siguran sam da nisam jedini korisnik koji je to uradio. Bez obzira na to, moji depoziti su potvrđeni na blokčejnu i, ako pregledate moju istoriju, igrani su kroz legitimne igre — ni na koji način nisu zloupotrebljeni.
3. Račun je ostavljen otvoren
Zašto sam mogao da uplatim i izgubim novac samo dan ili dva pre ovoga, bez problema? I zašto mi je rečeno, dok je moja isplata bila u toku, da su moja sredstva bezbedna i da nema razloga za brigu — samo što su mi i depozit i dobici bili zaplenjeni?
Moj nalog je bio otvoren i u dobrom stanju, ali odjednom, nakon zahteva za povlačenje sredstava, i moj depozit i dobici su zaplenjeni, a moj nalog je zatvoren. Zašto je moj nalog ostavljen otvoren ako je navodno bio „označen"? Zašto je zatvoren — i sve zaplenjeno — tek nakon što sam zatražio povlačenje sredstava? To nije fer-plej, to nije transparentnost. To je prevara. Čisto rečeno. Jer istina je: tokom celog vremena dok je moj nalog bio otvoren, svaki depozit koji sam uplatio nikada nije bio bezbedan — dobio ili izgubio, on je efikasno već bio nestao. Kako se ovo uopšte smatra pravilnom praksom kazina, ili legalnim?
4. Uslovi korišćenja / Zakonitost
Gde u uslovima korišćenja Vinza piše da možete zapleniti depozite igrača? Pregledao sam ih i pominju samo zaplenu dobitaka, i to samo pod veoma specifičnim parametrima. Nigde ne ovlašćuje konfiskaciju neobrađenih depozita.
5. Povraćaj nepovezanog XRP depozita
Nepovezano sa ovim slučajem, postoji i XRP depozit koji sam uplatio, a koji je navodno još uvek „u procesu oporavka" kod Winz-a. Prošlo je oko mesec dana, a još uvek nije vraćen. To se dogodilo zato što sam slučajno uneo pogrešan memorandum prilikom uplate. Ironija je u tome što je jedini razlog zašto ovaj depozit nije zaplenjen taj što sam napravio grešku u tom memorandumu. U suprotnom, s obzirom na ono što smo videli iz ovog slučaja, bez obzira da li sam dobio ili izgubio, novac je nestao. Dakle, gotovo je smešno što je jedino što je „zaštitilo" ovaj depozit bila moja greška sa memorandumom, a ne Winz-ovo delovanje u dobroj veri.
Yes, I do actually have a few questions for the Winz representative, since support has not answered any of these:
1. Multi-accounting accusation
I only have one Winz account, and I fully completed the KYC process. If something was flagged as "multi," the only explanation I can think of is that someone in my apartment building also has a Winz account, or that I logged in using public Wi-Fi at some point. Regardless, why was I not given the benefit of the doubt or at least asked to clarify this? Why was I not aasked to submit additional KYC documentation, which I would have had no problem doing?
2. Unfair Advantage Gaming
Again only thing I can think of here is I did take advantage of their wheel of winz promotions with my deposits, but these are promotions offered by Winz. I’m sure I’m not the only user who has done so. Regardless, my deposits were confirmed on the blockchain and, if you review my history, they were played through legitimate games — not abused in any way.
3. Account left open
Why was I able to deposit and lose money just a day or two before this, without issue? And why was I told, while my withdrawal was pending, that my funds were safe and there was nothing to worry about — only for both my deposit and winnings to be seized?
My account was open and in good standing, yet all of a sudden after a withdrawal request, both my deposit and winnings were seized and my account was closed. Why was my account left open if it was supposedly "flagged"? Why was it only closed — and everything seized — after I requested a withdrawal? That is not fair play, that is not transparency. That is a scam. Straight up. Because the truth is: during the entire time my account was open, any deposit I made was never safe — win or lose, it was effectively already gone. How is this even considered proper casino practice, or legal?
4. Terms of Service / Legality
Where in the Winz terms of service does it state you can seize player deposits? I’ve reviewed them, and they only mention seizure of winnings, and only under very specific parameters. Nowhere does it authorize the confiscation of raw deposits.
5. Unrelated XRP deposit recovery
Unrelated to this case, there’s also an XRP deposit I made that is supposedly still "in recovery" with Winz. It has now been about a month and still hasn’t been recovered. This happened because I accidentally entered the wrong memo when depositing. The irony here is that the only reason this deposit wasn’t seized is because I made that memo error. Otherwise, given what we’ve seen from this case, whether I won or lost, the money was gone. So it’s almost laughable that the only thing that "protected" this deposit was my own mistake with the memo — not Winz acting in good faith.
