Želeo bih da podnesem žalbu u vezi sa mojim iskustvom sa Vinzterom.
Uplatio sam približno 100 evra u kriptovalutama na svoj račun. Nakon igranja, moj saldo se povećao na 694 evra.
Moj nalog je u potpunosti verifikovan (KYC je uspešno završen). Nakon toga, zatražio/la sam povlačenje sredstava sa mog računa.
Ubrzo nakon zahteva za povlačenje sredstava, dobio sam imejl od tima za podršku u kojem je navedeno da je moj nalog navodno prekršio njihove Uslove i odredbe. Međutim, nisu precizirali koje pravilo sam prekršio i nisu pružili nikakve dokaze.
Takođe su izjavili da su moja uplaćena sredstva već iskorišćena u igri i da stoga neće biti izvršen povraćaj novca. Moj nalog je sada trajno zatvoren, a dobici konfiskovani.
Čvrsto verujem da je ova odluka nepravedna jer:
Moj nalog je verifikovan pre zahteva za povlačenje sredstava.
Nije navedeno nikakvo konkretno kršenje Uslova i odredbi.
Moj zahtev za povlačenje sredstava je podnet u dobroj veri.
Tražim pomoć od Casino Guru-a u rešavanju ovog problema i molim kazino da pruži jasne dokaze o navodnom kršenju ili da obradi moju isplatu od 694 evra.

I would like to file a complaint regarding my experience with Winzter.
I deposited approximately 100 EUR in cryptocurrency on my account. After playing, my balance increased to 694 EUR.
My account was fully verified (KYC completed successfully). After that, I requested a withdrawal of my balance.
Shortly after the withdrawal request, I received an email from the support team saying that my account had allegedly breached their Terms and Conditions. However, they did not specify which rule I violated and provided no evidence.
They also stated that my deposited funds had already been used in gameplay and therefore no refund would be issued. My account has now been permanently closed and my winnings confiscated.
I strongly believe this decision is unfair because:
My account was verified before the withdrawal request.
No specific violation of the Terms and Conditions has been provided.
My withdrawal request was made in good faith.
I am requesting Casino Guru’s assistance in resolving this matter and asking the casino to provide clear evidence of the alleged breach or to process my withdrawal of 694 EUR.
