Podnosim ovu žalbu zbog nerazumno odloženog povlačenja sredstava i procesa verifikacije zasnovanog na pogrešnim pretpostavkama i zahtevima za nemogućom dokumentacijom.
Hronologija događaja:
4. januar 2026. – Zatražio/la sam isplatu od 1.500 švajcarskih franaka
6. januar 2026. – Kazino je zatražio dokumenta za verifikaciju
Dokumenti su odbijeni, uprkos tome što su navedeni kao prihvatljivi prema uslovima samog kazina.
Od tada sam više puta obavešten da svaki korak verifikacije traje do 48 sati, ali u praksi vreme čekanja je konstantno bilo 60–70 sati ili više, bez rešenja.
Problemi sa verifikacijom:
Dokaz o depozitu na Paysafecard-u
Depozit je izvršen korišćenjem Paysafecard vaučera (PIN-a) kupljenog gotovinom
Ovaj način plaćanja je anoniman po svojoj prirodi
Dostavljeni račun sadrži datum, iznos, serijski broj i PIN
Depozit je uspešno uplaćen na moj kazino račun
Uprkos tome, kazino je zahtevao:
Snimak ekrana Paysafecard kartice na kojem je vidljivo moje ime
Izvod sa Paysafecard računa
Ovi dokumenti ne postoje za gotovinski Paysafecard vaučer.
Pogrešna pretpostavka kazina
Kazino je tvrdio da je moja uplata izvršena preko registrovanog Paysafecard / myPaysafe naloga
Ovo je činjenično netačno

The documents were rejected, despite being listed as acceptable in the casino’s own terms
Since then, I have been repeatedly informed that each verification step takes up to 48 hours, but in practice the waiting time has consistently been 60–70 hours or more, without resolution

The deposit was made using a Paysafecard voucher (PIN) purchased with cash
This payment method is anonymous by design
The receipt provided shows the date, amount, serial number and PIN
The deposit was successfully credited to my casino account
Despite this, the casino requested:
