Molimo vas da nam pružite ažuriranje, šta se tamo dešava i objašnjenje zašto toliko dugo traje i/ili šta treba učiniti sa strane korisnika (ako postoji nešto) da bi se ubrzao proces. U suprotnom, bojim se da ne možemo držati žalbu otvorenom zauvek i bićemo primorani da razmislimo o zatvaranju žalbe - međutim, ne u korist kazina.

The casino communicates with us, and it looks like something is still happening on their side, while we were not informed about any issues or violations/confiscation of winnings. Therefore, there is no other way than to wait until the casino confirms your account was fully verified and allowed for withdrawal, or what is happening there.

The standard verification process is already taking too long compared to the standard KYC process. The matter has not been moved anywhere for a long time. In addition, the casino's customer support informed the user that checks have been done since approximately May 20, 2025, and that it may be a misunderstanding.
Since the casino basically holds the user's disputed funds without providing any relevant reason, can you please provide us with a clear reason behind the prolonged KYC process and/or any checks ongoing on his gaming account, and the estimated time frame for finishing them?
Please provide us with an update, what is happening there, and an explanation why it is taking so long, and/or what needs to be done on the user's side (if there is anything) to expedite the process. Otherwise, I am afraid we cannot keep the complaint open indefinitely, and we will be forced to think about the complaint closure - however, not in favour of the casino.
