Već sam dva puta uspeo da podignem novac u ovom kazinu bez ikakvih problema.
Ovog puta su mi poništili isplatu sa razlogom „potreban KYC".
Razumem da to nije bio problem za mene da obezbedim KYC dokumenta,
Ali tokom naredna 2 meseca mi nikada nisu poslali imejl da traže dokumenta i svaki put kada kontaktiram podršku, stalno mi govore da će me odeljenje za KYC kontaktirati putem imejla. (nije se desilo dva meseca)
Prošlo je više od 10 dana otkako su me konačno kontaktirali da traže dokumenta za verifikaciju i poslao sam im sve što im je bilo potrebno.

I dalje NEMA odgovora, ali isti odgovor u podršci u ćaskanju iznova i iznova, kao što sledi (verovatno svaki put kopirano):

Zamolio sam kolege da daju prioritet pregledu vaših dokumenata i da vam dostave odgovor. 🙌
I allready was able to withdraw two times in this casino previously with no problem.
This time they dissbled my withdrawasl with "KYC neeeded" reason.
Understand that this wasnt the problem for me to provide KYC documents,
but for the next 2 months they never sent me an email to ask for documents and every time I contact support they keep telling me that the KYC department will contact me through e-mail.(didnt happen for two months)
It's been more than 10 days now that they finally contact me to ask for verification documents and i sent all they needed to them.

Still NO respose but the same answer in the chat support again and again as follows (propably copy pasted every time) :
