Bio sam u nevolji nakon što je velika suma od 16.498 dolara iznenada konfiskovana iz kazina Jugado krajem godine, i kada sam saznao da je više žrtava podnelo žalbe na ovoj stranici, odlučio sam da zatražim pomoć.
Uplata i podizanje sredstava sa ove stranice je moguće već više od dve godine.
U prošlosti sam podigao velike iznose i verifikacija mog identiteta je već završena.
I ovog puta sam podneo zahtev za povlačenje novca 27. novembra, ali posle dve nedelje novac nije bio povučen, pa sam se raspitao o tome i više puta mi je rečeno da je iznos visok i da je u toku preispitivanja. Krajem decembra povlačenje je otkazano i zaključano, pa kada sam se raspitao o tome, rečeno mi je da je došlo do prekršaja i da je račun zatvoren, a novac oduzet.
Ni moja porodica ne igra, tako da nema duplih registracija na ovoj stranici, a ja uglavnom igram samo slotove, tako da ne zloupotrebljavam kazino uživo.
Sumnjam da je konfiskovan jer je bio previše skup.
Odgovori podrške su spori, a odeljenje za žalbe samo stalno ponavlja istu stvar, tako da nema dijaloga, a voleo bih da posreduju.
