On September 2023 they wrote me I should wait "6 months investigation" now its April and that period have passed but they still dont answer me and dont give my balance of 1800$ Dont waste your time opening account here!

When i went to their chat support 3 or 4 days they just say write email to support@playbetr.com I was writing every day and they never responded, been 2 or 3 weeks now and they still dont respond why they close my account. And they just keep my money without any explanation.
